That's a default keep for the current, especially since "no image" is in the crowner. Crowners failing to get consensus for any change have the same effect as threads failing to get consensus.

I spoke to the staff and those that voiced an opinion were in favor of no image, so with that on top of the crowner, I'd say we can take action on this.
