That's not something that requires a TRS action; there's an okay thread for that already.
I would say that it reads more like a Useful Notes page. (Does it really require a TRS thread to get something moved to UsefulNotes/ or could there be a projects thread for that?)
The question on moving to Useful Notes for me hinges on whether the disorders described on this page are the media version or the Real Life version. It's this differentiation that makes the move/don't move argument, not anything else.
