RWBY Fanfiction Thread

Before I went on a crusade and completely reworked the page to match the template, it was organized into one-shots and non-one-shots. A lot of stories didn't have descriptions or didn't list their completion status or didn't list basic tags or didn't list the pairings or any combination of those. It was an unorganized nightmare.

Sounds more nightmarish than the entries in this series' actual Nightmare Fuel page.

It was. I was also, after getting it cleared by the main thread, setting it up to where the pairing names would be listed in team order (meaning Ruby then Weiss then Blake then Yang) and then in importance (so Team RWBY then Team JNPR and... then the rest). The most common fan name for that pairing would then be place in parenthesis beside the actual names. I sadly haven't kept that one up but I'm tempted to go do that now.

Well, Ruby dies, but is secretly resurrected by the TAHITI project, then given false memories to cover up she died so she doesn't become psychotic...

And then it turns out that Jaune is actually an agent of HYDRA...

It's an AU mostly written by Radiant Beam and Moczo. It's kind of an urban fantasy thing where Beacon is a paramilitary organization that keeps supernatural shit in check. A lot of the operatives are supernatural (Nora is an actual Valkyrie, Ren is half-dragon, Yang is an actual dragon, Weiss is half yuki-onna, Blake is a panther shapeshifter, and Ruby is the team normal and gun nut).

I have read that and it was awesome. I am a little curious why they keep a .454 Casull made from a melted down silver cross in Lancaster Church in the restricted section. It doesn't seem like something too dangerous compared to the other stuff.

I found a post on this forum that linked to all the stories in Agents of Beacon. II really got a blast out of it, especially For Better or For Norse and Think of the Children. The image of Nora trying to covertly get Ren to father children is one of the funniest things I've read in awhile.

Speaking of Mozco- Mage have you had any luck finding him to eat his heart?

I think they keep it there not because it's dangerous or anything (though it is, for variety of reasons), but mostly because that thing can only modestly described as "Total Overkil" against anything not on Alucard level.

Ruby might want to use it, but The Davy Crockett came into view and everything else become less... shiny.

Thought- How would a crossover with Soul Eater go? Part of me keeps thinking Ruby may have some kind of crush on Soul initially after finding out he is both a scythe and alive.

Didn't seem all that strange to me. I mean, maybe I didn't get everything on a first read and maybe I didn't understand the full implications of everything, but the story didn't strike me as particularly bizarre or whatnot.

It's actually kind of sad, not how you normally envision Apocalypse How.

A RWBY Christmas fic.

I thought I knew where this one was going. I was wrong.

I kinda got bored halfway through and skimmed the rest. The only real comment I have is on the author's inexplicable inability to spell the word "yeah" properly.

Besides, this is the best RWBY Christmas fic.

...but Christianity doesn't exist in RWBY

Not like Christmas has much to do with Christianity anymore anyway. As a matter of fact, I'm pretty sure it had nothing to do with it in the first place. Someone just got the bright idea to combine a bunch of other winter holidays and reimage them into something Christian. Like most English holidays, really.

If anything else, considering how much money people are compelled into spending, it's more of a holiday celebrating Satan.

RWBY x Undertale (with different title)

Someone beat me to it, though I would've had fun going with 15-year old Ruby and having her psuedo-accidentally go on a Genocide or No Mercy Run, because, yeah, Ruby has no qualms about killing monsters. Though, reading the summary at least, this version is a little more interesting.

Oh geez, I played that game and realized that I don't have the heart to go on a Genocide route. XP

I thought about rebooting my OC fic, featuring the team leader who devours Grimm and White Fang members. Got distracted too much to actually write it, and don't think it was a good idea anyhow. XD

So I made one of the concept scenes for my RWBY x GuiltyGear story. I'd like to hear feedback on it. Also, I hinted at other plot elements in the story in it.
