A few suggestions:
Ender's Game: Bugger ship
Star Trek: Narada
Google Images: (Looks like Narada)
Yeah, I know all three look alike, but you get the idea.

I like #2, though maybe with a different background.

[down] EDIT: Here are two in space.

I'd kinda prefer a space background so it looks like a space ship.

[up][up] The first one is kind of low quality, but here's the second at wiki size:

I don't think there's much of a quality issue once you downsize it a bit. Still, that[up] one is good.

That looks suitably Eldritch to me.

Bump; any other thoughts?

I've been trying to find a picture of the TARDIS floating through space with its door open, which I think would be good (since it's Bigger on the Inside) but I can't find one. Ah well.

FYI, the [up] and [down] usually are to signify that your post is directed at the post directly above or below yours ([up][up] for one two above, etc).

[tup] or [tdown] are usually used to express approval/disapproval.

[tup] I'm good for 4 also. But to be honest, first thing that pops into my mind when I think of an Eldritch Starship is Sovereign.

Bit late to the party, but how about the Ashtanga?

(Yes, that thing is a spaceship. Probably as eldritch as they can get.)

My title is no longer sticking out of its box, but I couldn't think of anything better to put here.

Agreed, that doesn't look like a spaceship at all.

Sovereign could work if we can find a decent shot of it.

Sovereign seems closer to an Eldritch Abomination than a starship, not that it isn't both, but the Narada seems a straighter example so I'm in favor of #4.

The Narada definitely looks the part more than Sovereign but if I remember right it's just a modified mining vessel.

Sovereign fits the trope more but he just looks like a robot cuttlefish.

Either or I'm fine with.

The TARDIS?

It's an excellent example, but it's tough to find an image that both illustrates it being in space and Bigger on the Inside. However, it's still exceptionally clear that it's a Starfish Starship and it shouldn't be spaceworthy under conventional physics.
