THE FOURTH GRAIL WAR RP THAT I HAVE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO GM! This time though I'm going it alone. I'm hoping I can break into a kind of solo-act with this kind of thing.

Since I finished/ended Fate/animus logia since it was a corpse of its former self (doesn't matter much, we were closing in on end-game regardless).

THIS NEW FANTASTICAL GRAIL WAR is set in Akahele, Hawaii. (The city is based on the Mykonos shore town on the Greek Islands)

NOW THE FOUNDATION of this Grail War is just as much of a mystery as it has always been! Now FIGHT FOR YOUR RIGHT for the HOLY GRAIL!

Also on another note, as always, Jeanne d'Arc WILL STILL BE RULER! AHAHAHAHA! NO I DON'T HAVE A PROBLEM. WHY dO yOu aSK?

  1. General RP Rules
  2. Imminent Death Clause
    • If your character is forced into a situation where there is absolutely no way out (No Command Seals, no magic, no Servant to save them, no one else to save them, no nothing to save them) they are going to die.
  3. True Magic Rule
    • If your character (Master) is capable of preforming a feat that would be akin to something of True Magic then there is something wrong. That character will be allowed to push that feat to feasible limits allowed by their own power. This is to stop a No Limit Fallacy from occuring.
  4. Two Character Limit
    • You will only be allowed to sign up as two characters from the start of the RP. This is to prove that you're capable of consistently posting and keeping the RP itself alive.
  5. NPC Casting
    • I will allow you to control NP Cs that are central to your Master (Parents, collegues, etc.) but that's it. Controlling a gang in a city, the police force, government officials and etc. will fall under the jurisdiction of the GM unless you are told otherwise.
  6. Canon Character Casting
    • I will not allow canon Masters (Bazett, Shirou, Rin Tohsaka, etc.) or God-Tier Servants (this is pretty much a lose definition but basically a Servant with overwhelming power and insignificant weaknesses). As long as a Servant is balanced they are welcome into the RP. Servants like Arturia, Hercules and Gilgamesh are of course banned.
  7. Retribution Clause
    • If Character A initiates an attack on Character B and Character B does absolutely nothing to acknowledge the attack or does not react to it, Character A has the ability to auto-hit the enemy. The first hit must not be effectively lethal. If there is a second offense, the second hit will automatically deal significant damage. On the third offense, the third hit will kill.
  8. Servant Balancing
    • While stats should be based on the deeds the Servant was known for in legend/life, do not be so constrained by the canon statistics of Servants from the Nasuverse on the whole. Pick a stat that you think fits and it can be discussed further if needed.
  9. Servant Genders
    • I don't care what you do with them. As long as they're not ridiculous that is.
  10. Absence and Group Discretion
    • We would like to keep the game going as much as possible. It is up to the group as a whole but try to post every couple of days at least. If the group has decided that you have vanished, your character will be NPC'd by your current partner (Master/Servant). Control will be handed back to you upon your return (IF your return).
  11. ARGUING FOR CHARACTERS
    • If you have a problem with your character being rejected, send me a PM.

Interest. Would an AU version of Hakuno/Extra (Fe)MC be allowed, or considered canon?

And knowing me, I'll probably go with Guan Yu.

[up] She/he probably wouldn't be considered a canon Master since they're really just a self-insert for the player so you can do it, yeah.

Like always, I'm Down to Fate. I'll make one servant, and one master, for now. I'll probably make another of each later on if/when you allow more characters, if I feel like I can handle it.

  • Name: Hakuno Kishinami
Faction:
  • Age: 16
  • Gender: Female
  • Description: "This story about a virtual world and some war is surprisingly fanservicey..."
  • Personality: A friendly girl who tries to be ruthless for the sake of winning the war, but her first instinct is to team up with other Master's instead. While afraid for herself, she's conflicted over the possibility that she could be the only one fighting for a selfish wish, but is too afraid to back down due to her illness.
  • Abilities:
    • Invoked Censor - Her lineage specialises in not being seen. Not to the extremes of an Assassin, but more like appearing 'generic'. She's the type of girl you'd barely notice and completely forget about a few seconds later. Obviously, while this effect is enhanced in a large crowd, if she's alone, or you happen to know her face well enough, it's not quite so effective.
  • Bio: A young girl with a disease that affects her memories - currently untreatable*, but still in its early stages. Much of her early memories have been forgotten or clouded, and over time, will affect all her memories and other brain functions. Obviously, she wants to fix this, and the Holy Grail is her best chance. She visits the hospital very regularly to monitor this condition.
  • Assets: Modest wealth, and... that's it, really.

  • Class: Caster
  • Master: N/A
  • True Name: Amalie Georg Faust
  • Gender: Female
  • Height/ Weight: 134.62 cm/30kg
  • Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
  • Appearance: "You weren't expecting someone else, were you?"
  • Personality: Caster has a difficulty talking with people. Aside from her Master, she is timid around human beings. However, nonhumans(including other Servants) will be encountered with a girl who is something of a blabbermouth, releasing everything that she is too shy to say to humans in a semi-coherent stream of consciousness. She is even more willing to converse with the demonic entities she summons. She is heavily attached to a doll she refers to as Gretchen and will be upset by any attempts to take it away. Caster enjoys collecting stuffed animals, the weirder the better. But still huggable.
  • Stats:
    • Strength: E
    • Endurance: E
    • Agility: C
    • Magical Energy: A
    • Luck: B
    • Noble Phantasm: C
  • Class Skills:
    • Territory Creation: B
      • The skill to build a special terrain that is advantageous to oneself as a magus.
    • Magecraft: C
      • Knowledge about modern Magecraft.
  • Personal Skills:
    • Demon Summoning: A+++
      • Capable of summoning any kind of demon aside from True Devils, and harnessing them to do the Servant's bidding. Given that summoned demons are not magic, this allows the Servant to bypass magic resistance. Demons operate more competently and more powerfully based on their complexity. The longer it takes for the Servant to summon a demon, the more powerful and complex they will be. This is because the Servant "designs" the form of a demon as she summons them, as demons are naturally formless creatures. At maximum complexity, a demon summoned by the Servant is quite capable of harming Servants. However, it is far more easy to kill then a Servants. Lower levels of complexity, while dangerous, are little more then cannon fodder for most Servants even if they are capable of dealing damage.
  • Noble Phantasms:
    • The Night of Wallachia-Mephistopheles(C):
      • The fabled presence that Caster summoned in life, Mephistopheles is a dark, formless entity. By invoking its name, Caster can summon Mephistopheles to materialize the fears of her opponent. While she believes it to be a demon(and holds no love for it, unlike other entities she summons), Mephistopheles is actually the 13th Dead Apostle Ancestor, the Night of Wallachia. The fears it materializes will attack those who they were materialized from relentlessly, until they are killed or they kill their target. However, they are not extraordinarily powerful, and are very capable of being killed. Mephistopheles is capable of targeting hundreds at once. Caster deeply dislikes the idea of summoning Mephistopheles, and would restrict his abilities to only a few targets if summoned.
    • Gretchen, the Pure Maiden(D~A+):
      • Gretchen was Caster's closest friend in life. The Noble Phantasm transforms Caster's Gretchen doll into the real girl as Caster herself views her. An angelic existence, Gretchen possesses a personality of pure innocence. Her very presence and touch is damaging; While she can only exist for a few minutes at a time, she merely needs to touch a servant to do damage. However, to servants of good or neutral alignments, this damage is not severe unless contact is prolonged. However, when a servant of an evil alignment is touched by Gretchen, they will be burnt as if by intensely hot flames. This touch is lethal to evil-aligned servants if prolonged for ten seconds or more.
  • Misc: Caster was born as Amalie Georg Faust, the daughter of a German magus. Her Mother died of an ongoing illness only a year after Faust's birth, leaving her entirely in the care of her father. As Faust grew, her father realized that she had a rare and unique elemental affinity: Demons. Her father believed that an ability to summon demons with such an element would lead to reaching the root of all knowledge in his lifetime, and thus forced a young Faust to spend her time locked in her away, summoning demons. She managed to befriend another girl her age, named Gretchen, on one of the few days her father allowed to leave her home. However, her father continued to allow Faust and Gretchen to meet. Faust was not allowed to meet anyone else, as her father believed that further human interaction would distract her from her summonings. However, he allowed Gretchen to continue to visit Faust because the girl reminded him of his late wife. Eventually, after many summonings, Faust was pushed to summon more advanced presences... and inadvertently summoned the Dead Apostle Ancestor known as the Night of Wallachia. Deciding to toy with the girl, the Night of Wallachia claimed to be an advanced demon know as Mephistopheles, which was capable of granting wishes. Faust's sole wish, however, was that she could live with Gretchen without her father preventing her from leaving. The Night of Wallachia agreed, intending to feed upon her father to prevent his interference. One evening, when Faust's father was planning to do something truly terrible to Gretchen when she arrived, the Night of Wallachia consumed his blood, killing him. Gretchen and Faust escaped the house. The exact circumstances of their deaths are unknown, but it is likely that the Night of Wallachia had a hand in them.

  • Master: Jenny Talsin
  • True Name: Mordred Pendragon
  • Gender: Female
  • Height/ Weight: 154cm/ 42kg
  • Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
  • Appearance: Armored/ Casual 1 / Casual 2
  • Personality: The homunculus created by Morgana le Fey in order to usurp the throne of her brother/sister King Arthur. Mordred is brave, driven, confident and intelligent when she wants to be. Most of the time her rage gets the better part of her judgement when annoyed. She's prone to mood wings and she's suspicious of others so this leads to her not being a team player. To add more to the negatives she's entitled, cruel, ruthless, haughty, reckless AND stubborn so good luck getting her to do anything. Her sole drive is to become the king of Camelot and lead it the way that she thought her father never could.

  • Personal Skills:
    • Prana Burst - Rank A
    • Instinct - Rank B
  • Noble Phantasms:
  • Clarent Blood Arthur, Rebellion Against My Beautiful Father - Rank B - Anti-Fortress
    • A white, decorative sword wielded by Mordred adorned in decorations. It seems to be an ornament used in ceremonies of knighthood but to Mordred it is more than that. While Noble Phantasms are a symbol of pride for a Heroic Spirit, Mordred's is a symbol of her hatred for her father. When the Noble Phantasm is activated, it loses its beautiful glow and transforms into something demonic. The Secret of Pedigree is deactivated as the helmet splits itself in two. Blood-red light is expelled in the form of a red pillar that resembles the original form of the sword. The sword releases the wave of energy by being swung down the ground and firing itself off as a powerful projectile. The power of the sword is capable of splitting through a river. While the Noble Phantasm is active, Mordred is assailed with crippling pain.
  • Secret of Pedigree: Helmet that Conceals Infidelity - Rank B - Personal
    • For her entire life, Mordred was forced to wear a helmet to conceal that fact that she was the king’s daughter. This Noble Phantasm conceals Mordred’s true Noble Phantasm, her skills and stats as well as her true name and identity.

Behold my truly insane idea!

... actually pretty shitty NP's, so eh. Just remember that, hell as the last one looks, it will almost certainly kill their Master without burning command seals on it.

  • Class: Assassin
  • Master: ???
  • True Name: Achilles/Achilleia
  • Gender: Female (Reverse Trap when dressed right
  • Height/ Weight: Who/Cares (Tall)
  • Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
  • Appearance: Ignore the flag.
  • Personality: A selfish Blood Knight who's a pretty fine person to be around so long as you don't try to harm her, her friends, her stuff, or try and take any of it away. Glory is her highest priority—a Master that won't even allow Achilles to fight will quickly find their Servant impossible to control without Command Seals.
  • Stats:
    • Strength: C
    • Endurance: C
    • Agility: A
    • Magical Energy: D
    • Luck: E
    • Noble Phantasm (Rank): A++
  • Class Skills:
    • Presence Concealment: N/A. Though Achilles can be summoned as Assassin, her ability to remain hidden is not by skulking in shadows and avoiding detection—it's simply hiding in plain sight.
  • Personal Skills:
    • Divinity: A
    • Eternal Arms Mastership: A+.
    • Perfect and Elegant Maid: A. So long as Achilles dresses the part, the actions come naturally—and she registers as nothing other than a normal, albeit foreign, employee, no matter how many extra senses are used. This disguise can only be foiled by somehow prodding the maid into a fight, in which case it's clear that they are not human.
It also works in tandem with her second Noble Phantasm to prevent linking those foes with the strangely competent maid unless seen with your own eyes.
  • Noble Phantasms:
    • Blessing of the Styx—Body Beyond Life: A++, Support. With her body effectively beyond this world anyway, most weapons will simply fail to do permanent damage, for the exact same reason that a normal person could stab Crimson Moon in the face all they want and achieve absolutely nothing except an annoyed vampire. Rather than taking no damage, any damage—no matter how serious, even if cursed—will regenerate. There's the same mythological weak-point on her heel, and the same items that would be effective against DAA's will have a permanent effect.
It's also not free regeneration. The Master will ultimately foot the bill to replace the destroyed body—though she can, naturally, use her own stores.
    • Revelation—Warrior Spirit: B~A, Support. At any time, Achilles' class can change to Lancer or Berserker—on a temporary or permanent basis. If the initial transformation is unobserved by any enemies, it can be reverted (and unless that is seen, the person will not visibly recognise the maid as Achilles—however, nothing stops them working out, based on regeneration, that it's the same person). This is a godsend for her Master, because both classes use mana at an insane rate.
For restrictions dependant on rank, the transformation to Lancer is a B-Ranked Phantasm, whereas Berserker is A-ranked.

  • Class: Lancer
  • Stats:
    • Strength: B
    • Endurance: C
    • Agility: A+
    • Magical Energy: A
    • Luck: E
    • Noble Phantasm (Rank): A++
  • Class Skills:
    • Magic Resistance: B.
  • Personal Skills:
    • Divinity: A
    • Eternal Arms Mastership: A+.
    • Vengeance: A+. Should Achilles lose a comrade-in-arms, there is nothing that will stop her from attempting to turn the one responsible into a fine paste. As Lancer, this turns her into Berserker. Immediately and irrevocably. And she will have Mad Enhancement active and a single-minded desire to crush the enemy (after sufficient time brooding, if she wasn't present).
Should it be her Master who perishes in such a way, this doubles as A+-ranked Independent Action, but only for the time needed for to exact her revenge (or die trying); at that, it drops to C-Rank, and her Luck rises to A+... but working in reverse. Essentially, it becomes nigh boundless bad luck.
• Divine Armament: C, Anti-Unit. Fancy armour, fancy spear, and the world's most overdescribed shield. All very functional, all of exceptional quality—but they just don't do anything. At least they got made by a god.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The following is basically the same as keeping Lancelot with ME active (So too is Lancer)... before she even turns Mad Enhancement on. Where does it all go? Consider that her Magical Energy stat skyrockets, and one of her Noble Phantasms is constantly draining at an insane rate to provide fuel for regeneration.

Add on Mad Enhancement and her Master had better be tougher than Kariya was, otherwise they'll last about as long...

  • Class: Berserker
  • Stats:
    • Strength: A
    • Endurance: B
    • Agility: A++
    • Magical Energy: A+
    • Luck: D
    • Noble Phantasm (Rank): A++
  • Class Skills:
    • Mad Enhancement: B
  • Personal Skills:

    • Vengeance: A+. Should Achilles lose a comrade-in-arms, there is nothing that will stop her from attempting to turn the one responsible into a fine paste. Oh holy crap, I totally forgot about this guy! Maybe he'll get a real chance to shine this time.

  • Class: Assassin
  • Master: Felicia Weinberg
  • True Name: Sherlock Holmes
  • Gender: M
  • Height/ Weight: Tall/Average
  • Alignment: Lawful Good
  • Appearance: Incarnated as his most modern depiction.
  • Personality: The Law, and reinforcement thereof, is of the highest priority to Sherlock. He doesn't particularly care if he eventually will die, as he is fully aware that he will simply be reincarnated in the next War, but what he does care about is making sure the Grail falls into the right hands. This knowledge of his own immortality also makes Holmes extraordinarily brave, unafraid in the face of certain death. As a recovering drug addict, Holmes gets incensed when drugs or alcohol of any kind are presented to him. He is rather eccentric, conducting strange experiments and prone to going without sleep, but each and every seemingly strange experiment he conducts is for a purpose. He is of course rather egotistical and dismissive—small-talk and 'faffing about' has nothing to do with the Holy Grail!
  • Stats:
    • Strength: C
    • Endurance: E
    • Agility: B
    • Magical Energy: C
    • Luck: D
    • Noble Phantasm (Rank): A
  • Class Skills:
    • Presence Concealment (B): Unlike the ability of the typical Assassin to turn invisible and hide themselves, Sherlock uses his skills as a master of disguise to blend in. Through a concentration of Prana, he can assume the appearance of anyone he has seen, duplicating their mannerisms and voice perfectly. Analysis through Mystic Eyes or the innate sense any Master has cloaks Sherlock as having the same stats and magical signature as his target; disguising as a civilian would thus show he has absolutely no magic, and disguising as a Servant would claim that his stats are equal to the person he is duplicating.
  • Personal Skills:
    • Forensics (A): Representing great skill at analyzing the environment, at this level basic Postcognition is possible, allowing the Servant to analyze past events that caused certain properties of an environment to change—for instance, examining a spilled glass would give the Servant a vision of the event that caused the glass to spill.
    • Librarian of Stored Knowledge (B):NOTE THAT THIS IS A TWIST ON THE STANDARD SKILL: Capable of passively absorbing information from the environment and recalling it at will.
    • Bartitsu (D): Grants Sherlock proficiency of the martial art of Bartitsu, allowing Sherlock to conjure a cane to fight with for the purposes of disabling or killing enemies. However, as Assassin his skills are reduced and largely useful for self-defense or ambushes.
  • Noble Phantasms:
    • Watson - Other Half of the Great Detective (C): In every depiction of Sherlock Holmes throughout fiction, he has never been without Watson. This Noble Phantasm does not, however, summon the good Doctor. Instead, upon employing this Noble Phantasm he can elevate a normal individual to the level of the existence known as Watson, granting them characteristics of the man. They become exceptionally grounded, capable of keeping a cool head and anticipating when Sherlock's behaviors could become self-destructive. They also gain great physical strength—though not that of a Servant—and knowledge equal to a degree in Medical Science from Harvard. This effect may only be applicable while Sherlock is friends with the target.
    • The Process of Induction (A): "From a drop of water", he writes, "a logician could infer the possibility of an Atlantic or a Niagara without having seen or heard of one or the other." This Noble Phantasm is Holmes' ultimate ability, allowing him to make superhumanly accurate judgments based on inference from minimal evidence, such as examining a Servant's accent, skin color, and Noble Phantasm to instantly deduce who they are.

  • @Francis Drake: Alright, here we go. Francis Drake is not accepted. The grounds? Capable of utilizing a fleet of ships along with three large cannons all as an A-Ranked, Anti-Army Noble Phantasm? Big no. We've had examples of guns as Noble Phantasms in a previous RP and they were rejected on the grounds that they would be too overpowered/broken to be involved in an RP since they're capable of inflicting instant death.
  • @Hakuno Kishinami: Accepted.
  • @Faust:
    • Capable of summoning any kind of demon aside from true Devils and harnessing them to do her bidding — This leaves a lot of room for ambiguity and abuse.
    • Mephistopheles is actually the 13th Dead Apostle Ancestor — Summoning a Dead Apostle Ancestor?
    • The fears it materializes will attack those who they were materialized from relentlessly, until they are killed or they kill their target. Mephistopheles is capable of targeting hundreds at once. — Rejected.
  • @Achilles:
    • Rejected.
  • @Saito Musashibō Benkei:
    • Bridge Blade Naginata—999 Disarmed Samurai — So if I got this right, you can call the Lance's name before an attack and Auto-hit the enemy and this process can be repeated with the use of little to no mana. Rejected.
  • @Sherlock Holmes:
    • That Presence Concealment better be broken once hostile intent is taken since Sherlock Holmes certainly doesn't have any skill to disguise him as such. Also if his true identity as a Servant is known, the disguise will not work either. Accepted on those grounds. Rejected if not changed.

@Sherly: Played on those grounds.

It is sorta weird that that wasn't in Elementary or Sherlock, but the guy was known for being a master of disguise in the books. One of the things RDJ!Sherlock actually did right.

I... guess the rejection of any Servant more dangerous than Zero Assassin means that I won't be joining, then. :|

The foundations of my Servant being rejected and and making her not capable of fighting at all means I guess I'm not joining either.

  • Name: Jenny Talsin

  • Age: 16

  • Sex: Female

  • Servant: Mordred Pendragon

  • Appearance: The Ice Magus

  • Personality Blurb: Jenny is a brazen individual who seeks to prove herself worthy of being called a Magus. Having suffered due to the poor reputation attached to the Talsin name, Jenny frequently goes by aliases and prefers not to be addressed by her last name under any circumstances. Her considerable skills and laughably strange fashion sense have garnered her much unwanted attention, though.

  • Brief Background: The vessel-born daughter of the heretical Magus Alexia Talsin, Jenny is a perfected homunculus free of the deformities that plagued so many of her predecessors. She is hardly grateful for her lot in life, though. As a sub-human creature who was ostracized for her inhuman nature, she quickly grew to resent her mother for creating her and decided to enact her vengeance on Alexia. Unfortunately for her, she failed in her objective and was promptly exiled for her attempt on her mother's life. Abandoning that cause out of a desperate need to protect her pride, Jenny has changed her objective to obtaining the Grail and becoming a Magus who would outshine the Talsin family. By surpassing her creator, she hopes to become truly independence and finally overcome the stigma of her nature.

  • Skills/Abilities:
    • Ice Magus: Jenny specializes in manipulation of ice, with most of her spells being focused more on precision than power. Her two favourites are different, however. They combine both strength and skill in a rather devastating fashion, proving useful enough for her to actually name them.
      • Deep Freeze - A formidable spell that has a range of 10 feet, this blisteringly cold magecraft can rapidly create a shell of ice around a target. Not only does the ice completely immobilize a target, but the ridiculous level of cold continually damages the encased victim until he or she breaks free.
      • Siberian Blizzard - A defensive spell that lasts for an entire battle when casted, Siberian Blizzard automatically freezes the air around Jenny in response to physical attacks. In addition, objects used to attack are stuck in mid-air until they are broken loose or the spell ends.
    • Mystic Code - Glacial Cutter: At first inspection, this tool is merely an ordinary blue and black thermos. But when activated, Glacial Cutter can turn water contained within it into a sword of extraordinary sharpness and coldness. Not only does the target suffer from intense numbness caused by the sword's frigid power, but the sword is also capable of gradually freezing something solid if pressed to an object or a person.
    • High-Speed Aria: As a first-rate Magus, Jenny has developed this skill in order to make herself more effective. She takes pride in her speed, after all.
    • Swordsmanship: While she is not very strong, Jenny does possess exceptional skill in swordplay as well as finely honed reflexes and speed. She is easily disarmed and pushed back due to her lack of strength, though.

  • Equipment/Stuff:
    • Hidden Blade: Jenny has a finely crafted sword hidden within her decorative staff. It does not have any supernatural qualities, however.
    • One surprisingly intelligent eagle familiar. She treats it very well, and even gave it a little hat.

  • Assets: A small house in downtown Akahele.

  • Name: Alexia Talsin
  • Faction: Mage's Association
  • Age: 33
  • Gender: Female
  • Servant: Hannibal Barca
  • Description: Eternally scarred....
  • Personality: Alexia is calm most of the time, though she does go into intense rages when her composure is overcome. Even then, she strives to be polite no matter what the situation is. She is only kind to people she knows on a personal basis, unreservedly showing her affection for them when she can. She is indifferent to those who pity others, though she is disposed to act more favourably towards people who show moments of genuine compassion. The one thing that would be guaranteed to draw her ire would be to prey on children, however. Due to her sordid past, she has acknowledged the power of technology and has strived to learn how to use it to her own benefit. This predilection towards analysis also extends to Magecraft, especially in the art of alchemy. Her reduced physical capability has forced her to use these skills towards creating homunculi in order to assist her with experiments and daily routines, though she has come to see them as her surrogate family. She has no problem with having her independence compromised or with taking insane personal risks, if it helps her achieve her goals. That said, she does not condone betrayal under any circumstances. After her beloved daughter turned on her, Alexia developed a rather fervent hatred of turncoats. Crossing her is an unwise decision, unless one has the power to survive her wrath.
  • Abilities:
    • First-Class Fundamentals: When it comes to the basics of Magecraft, Alexia is a master. Years and years of intensive practice have polished her skills, allowing for especially quick and efficient casting with minimum concentration. The boost from High-Speed Aria is part of this ability.
    • Lightning-Fast Coiner: Alexia is a specialist in the creation of homunculi. Her talent in the field allowed her to come up with a method that shortened the gestation of a homunculus to two days. Her homunculi do not have the flaws that plague ordinary members of their species, but they are generally made without the capability for Magecraft after Jenny's betrayal. With human intelligence and enhanced physical prowess, these artifical beings are a dangerous force that serve Alexia unerringly.
    • Elemental Affinity: Defence. A strange affinity, but it drives her to specialize in defensive spells. From barriers to sensory jamming wards, she has many means to protect her assets and herself from the depredations of others. Combined with her skills at analysis, this means she will be able to come up with defences on the fly, though she is still vulnerable during the periods where she has to cast. By that same token, she is intimately familiar with weak points in defences, allowing her to penetrate them if she was given the opportunity.
    • Marksmanship: Alexia has trained with a wide variety of pistols, revolvers, and other handguns. Her aim with them is superb, even if wielded with only one hand.
  • Bio: A long time ago, Alexia was happy. Her life as the daughter of two relatively obscure mages was not particularly eventful, but it was much better than how it ended. That fateful night was the first time she had ever seen a gun used on anybody, which would foster her cold appreciation for the strength of technology in the future. Alexia managed to escape her parents' killer by jumping through a glass window, though it left her face scarred and her right leg crippled. She spent several years in rehab, eventually regaining the ability to walk. However, her leg was still lame, forcing her to walk with a cane from then on. Her adoption by her uncle marked the beginning of her apprenticeship, a process that lasted for ten years and bore much fruit for the wounded girl. She was almost ready to let her burdens go and dedicate herself to the ultimate pursuit of a Magus, even though a bungled attempt at healing the damage done to her in her youth rendered her incapable of restoring those limbs. Her ambition to reach the Root was squashed quickly, though. The untimely death of her uncle in an accident shattered that dream, leaving her aimless yet again. Shortly afterwards, her beloved daughter Jenny nearly killed her in an act of betrayal. Shaken by the succession of tragedies, the Magus took years to recover from the trauma. Even now, she is extremely sensitive to the thought of somebody turning on her. Needless to say, she would not be happy if she saw her daughter again during the War.
  • Assets:
    • Homunculi Horde: The 6 strongest homunculi birthed from Alexia's experiments have accompanied her to this War. They are utterly devoted to their master, seeing her as a mother more than a leader. For the most part, she returns that affection. These artifical beings have basic combat training, although the only gear they brought were Bowie knives.
    • A moderate amount of money.
    • Glock 20 with two extra magazines.

  • Name: Millia Madison
  • Faction: n/a
  • Age: 18
  • Gender: Female
  • Appearance: Standing/ On the Job
  • Personality: Millia is a creative soul that loves tampering with any electronics that she can get her hands on. Her ideas are typically original, inventive and more often than not, really dangerous. Millia loves to brag about her accomplishments to people that are actually willing to listen to her but people like that are few and far inbetween. When she's on her own and no one is around, the engineer obsesses over her appearance. Is her hair split right? Is her cap on? Does her jacket match the rest of her outfit? This causes worry almost on the brink of anxiety. While in public, she acts amiable which attracts people to her. If people need help on electronics or appliances, well they found the go to girl. Just don't pile a lot on her at once unless you don't want her to get anything done. She likes fiddling with things but if you have some kind of JOB for her to finish, odds are she'll procrastinate on it. Such is the life of a genius. One big fault to her personality is that she really has trouble with change, both personal and worldly.
  • Abilities:
    • Expert Mechanic
    • Tracing Magic — Uses it to fix electrical appliances and find the root of the problem.
    • Competent Formalcraft — Doesn't know very many spells if at all. Utilizes the feathers of chickens for projectile spells.
    • Athletic Body — Can sprint for long periods of time without tiring out.
    • Element: Water
  • Bio: A girl that grew up in a city by the name of Archwood until she was around thirteen. During that time she moved to the town that she now calls home, Akahele, Hawaii. She is a girl from an average Mage family that once specialized in formalcraft but not so much in the modern day. It's more a hobby to Millia than anything worth striving for.
  • Assets:
    • Apartment that she rents on top of a store called Jack's Ripple
    • Not much in the way of money.
    • An entire bedroom filled with spare machine parts.
    • The moe vespa

  • Name: Jacob Anderson
  • Faction: Mage's Association
  • Age: 40
  • Gender: M
  • Description: He is the Omnidad. Big and tall and sturdy and unshakable.
  • Personality: Jacob is an unshakable rock. While he projects that kind, friendly exterior all Dads project, he does so because of an underlying intensity to protect his family. He doesn't get freaked out, everything is a mild setback. He employs Dad Humor at every chance he can, and doesn't let anyone bully him. In fact, he brings up those Dad Lessons whenever someone acts like the person Mr. Rogers knows you aren't. He views the Mage's Association as necessary to protecting the world, and hopes his kids can get in some day. His wish is just that 'everything turns out okay for my family.'
  • Abilities:
    • Jacob Anderson's magic is flashy and ridiculous. He is a specialist at projecting elaborate, excessive beams of fire, brightly colored and known to arc in ways lasers shouldn't.
    • Jacob also possesses training in the preparation and control of Formalcraft, inparticular making magical landmines out of household products and imbuing objects with spells intended to create massive, flashy explosions.
  • Bio: Jacob grew up in a family of WASPs in good old Georgia. There he learned the important values of family and responsibility, alongside the magic he'd have to use to defend them. They said that the world of Magic should live alongside that of Mortals; that he would learn Magic, but he'd better have a damn mundane job too. As man of the house—dear old Dad passed away when he was young—Jacob had to learn to keep an eye on the rest of the family. Learned how much control to leverage, and what it meant to work to support someone. When he went to college, it was to get an Accounting degree and get a good, solid job. In college, he met his future wife, a kind, loving woman that he just wanted to protect from all the bad in the world. Sadly, that bad came knocking when a Mage's Association rep, previously just some guy Jacob paid dues to to get services of the Association, informed him of the Grail War. Jacob is going to get the summoning done, introduce his Servant to the kids, then get out of there. To win the Grail War.
  • Assets:
    • A Nerf Maverick with two dozen darts, all prepped to create explosions of the same potency as your average hand grenade, but neon-colored and ridiculous. Given to him by his Son.
    • A pair of big, square-rimmed glasses. They are a Mystic Code that allow him to cast his spells without somatic components via line-of-sight.
    • The origin of Protection. If Jacob is casting a spell that will save someone's life, it will become supercharged and meet the spells of those he wishes to defeat, turning it into a power struggle over magic lasers.
    • The Mystic Eyes of Heat. These eyes allow Jacob to see in infra-red heat-vision out to fifty feet—everything past that point is just black void. While the infravision is active, he can extract heat from the environment in order to power his spells instead of casting from mana. However, he can't convert the heat into anything else or otherwise store it—he can hold onto a charge for five minutes at the most.
    • A Dodge Taurus
    • A nice house out in the 'burbs.
    • The average amount of money any given WASP would have.
    • A wife and two beautiful children, age 8 and 10.

  • Name: Felix Jensen Camacho
  • Faction: Mage's Association - totally
  • Age: 32
  • Gender: Male
  • Description: An average-height man with tan skin, black hair, a short black beard that looks like he hasn't shaved in a week, and he's always dressed like a Crazy Survivalist. All those pouches, man.
  • Personality: Felix is a prepper. He firmly believes that science is more powerful than magic, and that the end of the world won't be brought about by some silly magicians running around using enchanted swords and summoning cups. Rather, the real threat to the world, and humanity specifically, will either be wrought by international politics gone awry, or invaders from another planet, galaxy or universe.
  • Abilities:
    • Elemental Affinity: Earth. Specifically, he can create earthen walls, literally fling mud, and tunnel around like a pro.
    • Origin: Alert: Felix is really good at seeing what's going on near him, which lets him use his magic to see/hear through up to a dozen feet of dirt.
    • Crazy Survivalist: He knows how to survive in the woods, fire a gun, use a knife, construct helmets from tin foil that shut down mind control, and repair simple electronic equipment and cars.
  • Bio: Growing up the eldest son of a mage family, Felix was soon left orphaned in his late teens. He grew introverted, and over the next decade and a half began using his magic abilities to make sure he could survive any future threats, mainly by creating a fallout shelter. He discovered the existence of the Grail War, and decided that it would be in his best interests to win the grail. He's done the minimum needed over the years to still remain listed as a member of the Mages Association (registered at a different address, of course).
  • Assets: A rather sizable house in a sparsely populated part of the island, outside of the tsunami zone, but still not even big enough to be considered the smallest of mansions. The land itself is large, taking up a few dozen acres. But what's important is what's under it. Felix combined his affinity for digging with his belief that the world would be faced with a global NBC attack, so he's built himself a large underground bunker. It is fully stocked with everything needed to survive nuclear Armageddon, including enough food to feed a dozen people for thirty years (it's mostly cans of cat food, but you can't be picky after the end), an armory (numerous small arms, enormous amounts of ammunition for all of them, and the tools to maintain them), pet bunnies, a radio, and other minor knick-knacks you'd expect a prepper to have. He drives a Ford pickup, and has a speedboat under a false name at the docks.

  • Class: Archer
  • Master: Millia Madison
  • True Name: Jehu son of Jehoshaphat, the son of Nimshi
  • Gender: Male
  • Height/ Weight: 6' / 150 lbs
  • Alignment: Chaotic Good(ish)
  • Appearance: An archer with a bow in a F/sn RP? Unheard of.
  • Personality: Even though he served God, and is the only one of the 19 Kings of Divided Israel to get a thumbs-up from Him, he has a bit of rebellious streak that makes him less of a straight-shooter than you'd expect a Bible guy to be. He really loves driving, and will almost always put himself behind the wheel.
Stats:
  • Strength: C
  • Endurance: C
  • Agility: B
  • Magical Energy: C
  • Luck: D
Class Skills:
  • Magic Resistance: C
  • Independent Action: A+
  • Riding: A
Personal Skills:
  • Defenstration: A Throw her down
    • Gets a + to strength when throwing someone, or grappling.
  • Divine Sight: C Thou hast done well in executing that which is right in mine eyes
    • Real good eyesight, even things that are far away or real close or at night. Capable of keeping track of fast-moving object within a range of 4kms.
  • Double Summon - Mounted Archer: n/a
    • A personal skill that permits a Servant to simultaneously possess class skills from two distinct classes, in Jehu's case his mounted archery grants him class skills of an Archer and a Rider.
  • Subversive Activities: B But Jehu did it in subtilty, to the intent that he might destroy the worshippers of Baal.
Noble Phantasms:
  • Bow - C: Anti-Unit The arrow pierced his heart and he slumped down in his chariot.
    • A standard bow. When fired on a target who is mounted, the attack is one rank higher.
  • Chariot - C: Anti-Army - Some of her blood was sprinkled on the wall, and on the horses: and he trode her under foot.
    • A chariot drawn by a team of incredibly fast horses that can trample over foes. Horses can be brought out individually to ride them instead of the whole chariot, as well as cutting down the mana cost.
  • Drives Like Crazy: A The driving is like that of Jehu son of Nimshi — he drives like a maniac
    • A specialization in randomness, granting a tremendous boost to evasion and attack when mounted. To have a vehicle suitable to his madness, even regular mounts become his Noble Phantasm and treated as D rank, making them capable of performing turns and maneuvers thought of as impossible by even expert drivers.
