@Kix: When Victin or DD says all are hit, he means everybody in his avatar are hit. I know, it's kinda confusing and they should both probably pick a better way to phrase it, but they're not auto-hitting and neither should you.

EDIT: One player attacks; the other player says whether or not that attack hit his character(s); they are just choosing to do the latter in vague wording.

Sorry, Knowless for the late reply, but I am relatively new to the forums and just getting the ropes. Did I do anything too bad? :( I did read the OP though.

Calvin and Hobbes split into two separate characters. Note, their HP is synced for the sake of balancing

Calvin turns into Spaceman Spiff!

Hobbes slinks into the shadows and is hidden from other avatars.

For that matter however, if you don't have a pic to provide, you might do well to describe who exactly Spaceman is.

(turns to glare at the newcomer)

I'd like to join in, but I'm not sure whether to do Daniel or SN-O-E today...

Spaceman Spiff is one of Calvin's many alter egos, formulated by his imagination and toys. Arsenal includes ray gun with settings akin to cooking terms and a UFO with next to no weapons except maneuverability. I will explain each alt as we go.

Spiff turns and glares back at the challenger. In the blink of an eye, he draws his gun, setting his gun to "Deep-Fat Fry", and fires at Revenant, throwing a hydro bomb (In "real life", a water balloon. See where I'm getting at here?) at Revenant with his other hand.

Meanwhile, Hobbes, in the shadows, slinks behind Revenant and pounces at him, claws extended for the kill.

(gets soaked with a water bomb) ...(would be offended if it could, but then gets hit with a raygun, shrieking)

(fires a salvo of real-life rockets right at his enemy in response before getting pounced by Hobbes)

(stands firm on its feet however before trying to yank him off and chuck him into Spiff)

@Tortle: Nah, you're fine. I just ask out of habit.

EDIT: BTW, I'm pretty sure darnpenguin has a Spiff avatar, and there happens to be someone here who goes by Tracer Bullet. You can find them with the Stalk-O-Matic Find Post searchbar at the bottom of the page. If you ask nicely, they'll both probably share the relevant avatar to you.

Spiff, before being hit with the rockets, fires again at Revenant before being sent flying into his spaceship. Burn and Knockback Damage +10.

His spaceship buckles, but holds. It lands with a crash to the ground. Cue airbag.

Hobbes, spotting his life-long friend being attacked, gains a boost in power. He uses his claws on all four limbs and teeth to cling on tightly before pulling Revenant into a Big Ball of Violence, leaving both unable to escape each other's grasp, but still able to damage each other and throw out occasional ranged attacks, minus Accuracy.

Thanks, Knowless. :) Thought I was in trouble. EDIT: Thanks about the Spiff and Tracer recs, but for the moment, I'll just stick with the simple alts e.g. dinosaurs. But still, thanks, man.

Out of the wreckage of the UFO, the head of a Tyrannosaurus Rex peers out. Spotting the watcher, the theropod is wary and curious. He turns and approaches the Big Ball of Violence, keeping an eye on the watcher.

"Awwww, hi mister dinosaur!" *Flantron flies over and pets the T-Rex's head*

Being an immature 6-year-old boy at heart, the T-Rex is wary of cooties. It growls, then softens slightly.

With Flantron being no threat and a potential friend, Calvin charges the Big Ball, preparing for a more bulky alter ego.

"Who's that?" *scans the Big Ball to identify the fighters*

(big balls of violence ain't a good thing)

(one of the participants is this freakishly tall and ghastly thin gentleman◊)

(responds to Hobbes' threat by slugging him repeatedly in the face, striking violently and shrieking with each hit)

Calvin turns into a eagle and flies off. Hobbes can handle himself for the moment.

Calvin scans the area. He spots more fighters below, and descends, turning into a fighter jet and firing missiles at them.

EDIT: Hobbes uses his stretchiness to slink around most of Revenant's punches, but takes several hits. He claws and bites Revenant's arms with all his force.

*locks on to the Revenant and shoots a sniper laser at it with Laevateinn Mk. II*

(since it's, for all intents and purposes, an undead, it doesn't feel pain and continues trying to punch Hobbes' brains off, screaming right into his face as it goes)

(and then gets shot off him, scurrying a few meters further before glaring at Flandre-bot)

Flantron's here. Since Knowlessman doesn't want us to do alliances, guess that means...

Snowy's watching the fight.

Snowy: Ooh...

Calvin spots his friend in trouble and turns around and falls to the ground near Revenant as he crawls away and turns into a dragon and spews a mighty fireball at him.

Hobbes slinks back into the shadows to nurse the bursts in his seams, and calls Calvin for a needle and thread to stitch himself up.

"You sure are ugly, mister zombie person." *fires spherical danmaku explosions at the Revenant*

Calvin fireballs Revenant again, before picking up Hobbes and flying far away to nurse his seam bursts. Hobbes returns to being a stuffed toy tiger, Calvin resumes his normal form, and both Calvin and Hobbes cannot attack or defend during sewing healing.

Note: Calvin can still shapeshift, but cannot attack or defend himself/Hobbes.

Snowy: [Approaching Calvin] Wanna play with me, rii-yu?

Calvin, traumatised by what Hobbes had gone through, turns himself invisible and disappears. Hobbes turns back to a tiger and returns to the shadows, leaving Snowy alone.

The duo, from their hiding spots, watch the battle intently. Hobbes will not heal, but they will return.

Going AFK for the night, just so you know. :( Cya tomoz.
