I don't really know about most, but I like to think of Twi is bi but unaware yet, Pinkie doesn't care, she just loves you, and Discord is Discord-sexual.

Rainbow: Straight, because I find your stereotyping offensive. However, far more interested in her career.

Applejack: Gay, because I find your stereotyping slightly less frequent but still offensive. She wants a housewife she can adopt a family with, a soft, feminine beauty she can romance, take long walks through the orchards at sunset, talk about her feelings and propose to under a newly blossomed apple tree.

Twilight: Still figuring out this whole friendship thing but she sure as Tart' wished ponies stopped it with all these rumors about her and Celestia.

Pinkie: A goddamn roulette wheel.

Rarity: Likes her men feminine and her women masculine. If only every one of that description wasn't, A) already a good friend and therefore off the table, or B) a complete boor*.

*Oh, sure, Trenderhoof turned out to be not all that bad, just a little misguided, but his taste in mares left a whole lot of her to be desired.

Fluttershy: Opposite of Rarity, she fantasizes about men who are men and women who are Rarity women. She doesn't have the gall to do anything about it though.

@Awesome: That's a noble ideology, and very effective up until the point one of your friends is smokin' hot.

Besides, if they start dating, then they wouldn't be friends anymore, would they?

I like to think AJ doesn't really take notice of how attractive anypony is until/ unless she sees them being good with kids and family. That probably leads to a lot of unfortunate crushes on already married ponies, though.

Well, I'm not going to change RD's alignment just because you think it is stereotypical. Doing so would destroy the best ship in the show.

'Alignment' makes it sound like a Dn D thing.

Although it very well could be, if one uses a matrix of Sexuality vs. Presentation. Femme Gay, Butch Straight, etc.

The gender, sexual, and romantic alignment is eight dimensional. And some identities involve fluctuation.

I'm moslty indifferent about sexuality and pairings and romance. The only thing that I don't usually like are crack pairings. (I don't dislike the people who likes the pairings, just the pairings, so don't worry if you are a fan of that.)

Funnily enough, while I don't ship with any seriousness, many of the ships I do enjoy probably constitute crack pairings. Pokey x Ace is probably the standout, although Hoops x Dumbbell might also count, and Sweetie Belle x Silver Spoon probably does.

I found weird the fact that wherever I go I'm usually the less sexual/romantic/coupletastic person around. Althought I'm pretty sure there's people who may be like me on that aspect, but still, is kinda hard to find them outside of internet.

My general take on it is that it depends on the context. Having written fanfic, it tends to fluctuate from story to story. As far as canon goes, the general breakdown is something like this, though like I said it's extremely flexible:

• Twilight: Generally asexual (though not aromantic)
• AJ: technically bisexual, but for all practical purposes she's married to the job
• Pinkie: Pansexual. It's Pinkie Pie we're talking about it. If it's of age and capable of consent, she'd probably be willing to give it a shot. In theory anyway.
• Rarity: Bisexual but leaning towards straight
• Rainbow Dash: Straight, mainly for irony.
• Fluttershy: Also straight, though she probably has a couple of weird fetishes she doesn't like to talk about.

Friend: "What are you, gay, bisexual?"

Me: "Chaotic Neutral."

I'm personally not opposed to relationships between the mane six, but I do have, admittedly a preference for hetero.

I'm sort of weird about it in that I'll ship the main six with each other, but when I pair up two of them, I never pair the others with each other. It just feels weird for me.

Not a fan of inter-mane six pairings because blah blah blah "it's nice to have relationships that aren't romantic" or some shit but hey, I'm a cranky ass and my opinion doesn't matter (matter, matter, matter, matter).

My favorite ship is Unrequited, so part of my set-up was specifically so none of the six would get together.
