Fun fact: 3 days from now will be the anniversery of when I started becoming a brong back in 2011. I guess you could call it my "Brony Birthday" even though it's not my actual birthday.
^One thing I have to say about X-Men is that they would fit in better if the changes to Status Quo actually stayed instead of people going back to hating Mutants. The whole Mutant thing is suppose to be an allegory for just about anyone who's been mistreated and hated for being different {Be it the LGBT community, people of non-white color or anyone with a mental or physical disability of sorts}, but the thing is despite those all still being problems to this day, people HAVE gotten much better about those things then they use to be {Racism isn't tolerated very much anymore, at least not in America, more and more people have supported LGBT rights to the point that Gay Marriage is now legal in the USA, and there are all sorts of programs out there designed to actually help people with mental or physical disablity's as opposed to "Curing" them in a half assed and dangerous way}, so logically the same should happen for Mutants instead of everyone going back to hating them because Magneto stole someone's candy bar.

That's not what I heard in that rant. It was about how he was ALWAYS bad and irresponsible, not "recently", for not doing the "logical" thing(that is, cashing on his inventions in a way that doesn't compromise his secret identity), yet he never attacks Batman for not doing the "logical" thing(investing in Gotham infrastructure or lobbying for less insanity loopholes).
It's that double standard that made me just stop watching him from that point. How one superhero is "more" subject to deconstructionist realism than another, "because shut up".

Post of the Day #1185
I'm gonna go to sleep now. G'night everypony.
boop I'm more active on hereI do understand the criticisms people have over PYHD, and that's fine. But as a thought experiment to get Flutters in that mindset, I really enjoy it as such.
"No will to break."But he's just, to set on bashing and focusing on any little thing he doesn't like rather then actually giving a review
How are those mutually exclusive?
Just because he doesn't normally waste time with pointless gushing doesn't mean they aren't reviews. You just have to see what he says and decide whether you think you'd like it or not. In the case of the few games he's reviewed that I've played, I've found that his comments are almost always accurate.
Besides, it's not like he's always negative. Out of the four reviews I mentioned, one was clearly positive, one was clearly negative, and the other two were in the middle.
Blind Final Fantasy 6 Let's PlayAnd as I said earlier, he has actually praised quite a few games before. I even listed some by name a page ago.
Do ya think if MLP ever gets some sort of high-quality game from a big-name developer, they'd ever use an orchestra for the soundtrack?
Gavan, Let's get jiggy!Maybe. Though I feel like they'd stick with Ingrim.
I always imagine an FIM game being like an RPG and an EQG game playing like Life Is Strange. Of course, neither of those things will happen since RP Gs and cinematic point and click games aren't really appealing to the target audience.
My Tumblr "If theirs one thing I'm good at, it's blowing" Jesse Cox 2013A MLP game would do its best to fulfil values through friendship and Ponies.
I'm going to be really, really pissed if the Raskol starts up again because of this.

Halper's Law: as the length of an online discussion of minority groups increases, the probability of "SJW" or variations being used = 1.Hell yeah, I beat that level in Homeworld that was giving me so much trouble!
It could happen. SU got one called Attack the Light. Granted it's mobile, but I've heard favorable comparisons with Paper Mario.
"No will to break."How about an orchestra lead by Ingram?
Gavan, Let's get jiggy!Hope they use that once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to break out some sweet remixes of some show songs for violin and quire.
"No will to break."MLP already has several official games, just not any good ones.
By the way, any suggestions for the next round robin?
Blind Final Fantasy 6 Let's PlayI like the "Maud Pie and Daring Do explore the centre of the Earth" idea that was tossed around before.
Halper's Law: as the length of an online discussion of minority groups increases, the probability of "SJW" or variations being used = 1.Is the last one finished?
Yep.
@Story The only FIM game I can think of is the one on mobile(which is pretty sucky). Unless you mean the previous gens games which isn't surprising since I don't think much care or effort was put into the games for Gen 3. Can't speak for the Gen 2 games since I've never even seen them before.
My Tumblr "If theirs one thing I'm good at, it's blowing" Jesse Cox 2013Can I haz link?
There's also Adventure Ponies.
Anyway, how about 13 Short Stories About Ponyville? Or something involving the Mayor?
Blind Final Fantasy 6 Let's Play
With Spider-Man he does not hate the character, and he has a lot of good things to say about earlier Spider man stuff and the idea in general, what he hates is the way the writers treat him and tend to have him keep acting like an irresponsible teenager no matter how old he's supposed to be. Or the whole bit about how "no one wants to see a hero go through the same issue they face in real life" attempt at justifying at the marriage being a bad idea, when Spider Mans entire concept was a hero who had to deal with those real life issues.
He likes what Spider man was and the idea of the character, hates what the writers have turned him into lately. As to the Death thing, yes on the whole he's been against character death, but what he's mostly pissed about is random shock deaths just for the sake of killing someone off. Death for the sake of having a death, rather then the death being a natural endpoint to the characters story. Which it was for Norman. He's listed a few deaths he does like and does think were handled well, like Super Girl in Crisis on Infinite Earths. Is issue isn't with character deaths in and of themselves, it's with them being used a cheap form of drama and shock value rather then being a meaningful event.
X-Men... yeah he's perfectly right about how they simply do not fit into the overall Marvel universe.
