I was watching one of CN's Friday Night promos and saw that KO is going to meet a Cloud Strife expy.

If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?Wait what?
Jawbreakers on sale for 99¢There's a character whose design is very blatantly Cloud Strife to Serial Numbers Filed Off levels.
I don't have any info other than that.

If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?Didn't Ian have a comic with a Cloud Strife-like character?
Jawbreakers on sale for 99¢Yes, Hero from RPG World.
Hmm... he never got around to finishing that webcomic, and an upcoming episode is called "A Hero's Fate".

That is totally Hero. I came here just to verify that I wasn't just seeing things.
Aw man, now I wanna see the promo...
Jawbreakers on sale for 99¢It's basically confirmed that the next episode is a RPG World crossover (possibly a Fully Absorbed Finale).
I'm wondering if I should try to binge read RPG World before Friday.

Jawbreakers on sale for 99¢Captain Planet~
He's our hero~
Gonna take pollution down to zero~
Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession. He's our powers magnified~
And he's fighting on the planet's side~
That outro song is so 90's it hurts.
"We be we baby!"Alright, just saw the two new episodes, gonna spoiler tag for convenience:
First one was pretty amusing, had some pretty good jokes going for it. I don't know much about Ian's previous comic so the ending felt kinda odd to me, but it was also kinda funny. I liked the exchanges between Hero and his enemy, I like gags where two people fight for so long they don't even remember why they've been fighting.
As for the other episode, I really liked it. I'm starting to warm up to Shadowy Figure now. Dunno if he's Professor Venomous or what, but he's clearly got an agenda going on that seems a little bit intriguing to me, plus his interactions with K.O. are a mixture of threatening and hilarious. He's like a collective of different traits from old anime villains, and I love it.
Have you any dreams you'd like to sell?Did "A Hero's Fate" start sooner for anyone else? I missed a little bit because I thought it was going to start at 6:30.
Jawbreakers on sale for 99¢It started four minutes early for me. I happened to turn the TV on just as soon as the opening credits were starting.
Have you any dreams you'd like to sell?It was never revealed if K.O.'s Hero Level changed, right?
Jawbreakers on sale for 99¢Screwed up my recording, so I had to go to several different sources to see all that was skipped over.
Corrext.

The final RPG World montage also had Diane in it. Edit: On rewatching there's a portrait on the wall featuring her.
This was literally the first episode of OK KO I saw (and I saw it on replay without seeing any promos), so it was weird to see what's effectively a Fully Absorbed Finale show up at random. I followed the comic back in the day, and knew that Ian was doing some about of work with Cartoon Network, so it was clear to me that was what was happening, but it was still weird.

Glorbs seems to be some kind of plot device in the making. The way they're stored in that weird secret room, you'd think they were fairies or disembodied souls, not just a robot power source. Maybe they're alive, hence why only the bad guy seems to want to use them.
Granted, Dendy said she needed one for her backpack, but that was a lie. (She also seemed OK with trashing Mr. Logic just to get one, so her moral compass may not be entirely straight.)
"Earth!"
"Fire!"
"Wind!"
"Water!"
"The Gay One!"
Your momma's so dumb she thinks oral sex means talking dirty. That's less funny when the one manning the Heart ring is a 6-11 year-old.
Speaking of which, here's an article from a few days ago with a new clip.
Jawbreakers on sale for 99¢On demand uploaded two new episodes, one called "We Got Hacked" and one called "Parents Day." The first one is kinda creepy, while the later reveals some heretofore unknown information about Enid and I really liked it! I won't spoil anything yet since I have a feeling these episodes won't air on regular tv for a few weeks (since they're episode numbers 36 and 37).
Creator of Heroes of Thantopolis: http://heroesofthantopolis.com/I've noticed that multiple characters use the Northern/Canadian pronunciation "sorry" (with an obviously intentional overemphasis). So I guess "the midwestern state of Minnexploda" has something in common with its namesake, despite the suspiciously So Cal weather.
I noticed that too! It bothers me because I don't understand why they do it since everything else is pronounced in an American accent.

We're apparently about a half-dozen episodes from the Captain Planet one, so someone may have jumped the gun.
