Only to those with a North American 3DS. I know this because I had to give my code for Mighty Gunvolt away to somebody else due to region locking.
I do lots of stuff. The real question is am I any good at that stuff. They did give out Mighty Gunvolt for free as a extra game when Gunvolt as released for a while.
Didn't they say that PC Mighty Gunvolt would be much different from 3DS Mighty Gunvolt plus new features?
EDIT: MN 9 Demo will include cutscences, voice-acting, and a few challenge stages on it too.

Bump.
Mighty No. 9 browser game now available...in Japan.
:/

Okay am I reading it wrong or did Inafune release Mighty No. 9 Xover?
It's actually quite fun. Cute art style. Laughed at Avi being a helicopter, but Beck died to Brandish. Beck got split in half. I'll try to get Countershade some time...

Demo is out now on Steam. Here's a 16-minute video of the opening stage and first half of Pyrogen's stage. The falling pillars in his stage are insta-kills.

Game looks really good.
Calling it now, the CEO is evil.
Is the demo only for backers?
Wait, what if I'm getting my game DRM-free rather than on Steam?
Then how will I get my demo?
Only for backers.
They only released the demo on Steam, so...
Strange how we didn't hear anything of Dr. Blackwell yet except of his name. Guess his mere existence is a huge spoiler in of itself. I think Graham is working for him...

He is stated to be the creator of Xel Technology. My prediction is that Graham is responsible and is just blaming it all on Blackwell.
Okay, I don't get with the hate towards it. They hate it because of the graphics, the 'jump and shoot' (even though Megaman IS 'jump and shoot'), delays (many other games got delayed, but I hear no screams of rage from them), the cartoon and movie being made, and the fact that people joke 'FOUR MILLION DOLLARS' over the budget despite other games needing way more than that to be made.
Can someone hate why all this hate? Because I don't get it at all.

Some of it is probably leftover from the Dina controversy a while back. Which was a sort of culture-war issue that was soon succeeded by a more famous and larger flamewar regarding ethics in videogame journalism and/or feminism, whose name I won't mention.
There's also been an undercurrent of skepticism from some Mega Man series fans who just don't seem to like Inafune much for whatever reason. I have this one friend who thinks that he's a businessman rather than a game designer.
The Red Ash kickstarter (and its subsequent failure to get to its funding goal) was probably another thing. I know I've opined before that it felt like he was biting off more than he could chew, since MN 9 still hadn't been released yet. And then this played into accusations of him being a businessman.
Also, I think some people for some reason dreamed of this being some sort of great vision that would incorporate core Mega Man gameplay ideas but also go far beyond it in scope and depth, or something. So the fact that it's still rather similar to classic Mega Man is disappointing.
Personally, I don't hate the game, and I will wait until its release and my playing it to pass judgement on it.

that's not exactly an uncommon opinion, especially nowadays. Hideki Kamiya thinks exactly the same.
he's always more or less been the hands-on game producer type as far as i know.
Hey guys? remember when Inafune said the game was done in January and they were in the porting stages? What happened?(If it took this long to find a bug during the porting stage, one must wonder how much beta testing of said function they did)
Also yes Inafune is a businessman, what with him trying to make a franchise off of an untested product. He's also a producer. the main head of this project is a completely different person whose main experience was with RPG's.

The online features weren't working properly.
Yeah I know. how long must it have taken for them to find this bug? how long did it take the other companies to find the bugs during certification for the consoles?
And my knowledge is lacking in this but but how do you mess up an online feature so bad in this day and age of patches that you failed to get it on the system? I can understand why they did it, to give the fans the full experience, but for the companies to reject them outright..
Edit: and yes i know that the single player is complete. ive seen at least one person talk about how he got to the fortress at a con or something.

Apparently it takes this long to fix a bug.
Forever liveblogging the AvengersIf they release the game without the online features, they have to register the game as an offline single-player game. If they then release a patched version of the online features, they have to renegotiate the license for Micosoft and Sony's online store.
That sucks.
I just hope this game isn't so hard that I'll end up having a Rage Quit every time I try to play it. (This was my problem when I played Mega Man 10...and on Easy mode of all things.)
Also, anyone think they'll make amiibos of Beck (and maybe Call)? Like what happened with Shovel Knight?
Apparently someone (somehow) ripped the OST and even got all the stages plus final boss music and uploaded them to Youtube? The game isn't even out yet...
EDIT: The demo, for some reason, has all the music hidden in the game. Are links allowed to ripped OS Ts to unreleased games in Youtube?

Reminds me of how backers of Legend of Iya got the soundtrack of Legend of Iya long before the game was released (and it's still not out yet actually). Though in that case that was an intentional release on the part of the dev.

So did anyone find Sanda(the fat guy)...extremely annoying? Everyone else is bland, but this guy is obnoxious.
Didn't they already give out the 3DS version of Mighty Gunvolt? Pretty sure I played it already.
