The initial one is great but alternatively if we ever need to switch it out in the future I immediately thought of the bar from "Almost Got Him" in the Batman Animated Series.
Other then that I guess The Ragged Flagon from Skyrim, though I admit I've been kind of pimping Skyrim tropes a bit much lately, having recently played through it.

If you have better suggestions, feel free to post them. It was a fast thread, so missing out on that shouldn't get in the way of a good image, methinks. I don't believe in the idea of "too late, too bad".
I also think any image where my caption suggestion doesn't fit is not an image I'd want for the page.

I'm surprised how fast this went, there's so much that we could do, that I intended for my suggestion to be a taking point. It's good, but it would be nice to see other examples. Or at least enough for an image links.

Would identifying the occupants of bad guys be an issue? In the first image nobody is doing anything criminal, some are just sporting Spikes of Villainy really. I'm kind of reminded of that one scene in MIB with the shooting range: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cRXNNqNfQBs

None of those suggestions are better, and they're still just video clips, which are really just ideas rather than suggestions.
I thought you were going to actually show some suggestions, though, rather than just theorise what could potentially be a decent idea.
For an image, if they look Evil, they illustrate Evil. If you're going to second-guess every such design choice, we're going to need to replace a lot of images.

There's nothing in that's better than the original suggestion, and is too grainy and artifacted to get a good capture from, even if there was something in it from the trope.
