Duplicate Image: Memes.Comics

Memes.Comics and ComicBook.Doom have the same image. One of the two should be swapped out. Which one?

It'd be easier to replace the comic book. Here's the cover◊.

Offtopic: I read the comic and that's one of the dumbest things I've read in I dunno how long, and not in a good way.

The image from ComicBook.Doom is better than the one on Memes.Comics. I would move that there until someone has a better suggestion.

+1 on using the cover on ComicBook.Doom.

Oh, yes, it's one of the most banal, trite, one-note comic books in existence. And yet, I think I love it for that. Wouldn't want for that story to continue or anything, but it's good for a laugh at how ridiculous their depiction of the Doom Guy is.

So, he likes big guns?

But yeah, just use the cover on the comic page.

I'm not convinced that's a quality upgrade. It's larger, and crops out some of the panel on the left that certainly isn't needed, but it's blurrier.

Agreed; the larger version may get rid of some of the extraneous stuff but it's not as crisp of an image.

Here's an edit of the smaller version that takes out some of the non-essentials.

Better. I was on my phone in the last post, so I couldn't really compare them. It was a pain just to make that post.

Yeah, TV Tropes isn't even remotely mobile-friendly, I've found, beyond just browsing the pages.

There's an Adroid app, but it doesn't let you sign in or edit. *Sigh* How happy would I be...

I don't know if it's good or bad that the image is slanted, but 12 is the best version.

The slant is probably an illusion caused by that uneven line on the left edge...I'll trim that up if that version gets the overall .

I think the original page wasn't exactly straight. The top is also slanted by about a pixel. Nothing you'll notice immediately, but you might see that something's just a little off with it without seeing what.

I've seen this panel a thousand times and never noticed it until you pointed it out to me.
