Clearly needs a new name. Wall implies slow, and speed is irrelevant to this trope.

This is a pre-existing term. Might need to be redefined to include speed, I'm not sure, but the "High defense, low offense," is exactly how it's used off-site.

I get the impression this is about both defense and/or speed.
The Stone Wall is much stronger on defense than on offense and speed, and in extreme cases, may only dealĀ Scratch Damage.

Guess that trope :
The trope is about a character who has good defense and
a) low speed ?
b) low offense ?
The name suggest low speed and it is about low offense (it is a foil to the Glass Cannon).
The name cause confusion (here for examples) and the description has been edited to the point its meaning has changed. I suggest a rename and a recuperation of the old description
