What? It totally illustrates—you have the guy with two choices, one clearly flirty and alluring, one a sweet-looking Girl Next Door. The image even says there's a choice to make. This is one of the best potential images for this trope.

Looks like it has everything, down to earth girl one one hand and flirty girl on the other. I would rather have something that looks less like a magazine cover, but this works.
i don't know, i just don't look illustrative to me!
But i think that is because while the question marks may represent the choice its seen they represent the question of the last issue which is also the focus of the caption. if we remove the editorial stuff it may look more clear!
