I feel sorry for the poor outgunned villain girls.
So Z-chan will have a boyfriend with Breast Missiles, right?
That's weird. They're using a style of humour that makes it difficult to like the characters, which misses the point of moefying them
Well its obviously slapstick comedy.
I've never seen Designated Hero Played for Laughs quite to that extreme before.
Power Puff Girls at times?
All I know is there better be a Getter-chan who shows up and does a Final Dynamic Special with them.

This show will be meaningless if I don't get my moe Borot-chan!
If this sells well can we have Shin Great?
no Obvious Brest Fire jokes?
Watch SymphogearIt's not like those jokes haven't been played out long before they suddenly turned into little girls.
Poor Doublas-Chan
Here I thought that Nagai was one of the artists who avoided cheekmouths more often than others and then this version of Asura has one on each half.
Also, conversion of Go Nagai Sideburns to Moe Sideburns is a VERY BAD THING. They'd have looked moe enough with the classic sideburns anyway.

mazinger z as robot girls? i'm okay with that. slapstick comedy where the "heroes" needlesly destroy the city every week? i'm okay with that. moe fanservice? pffft, that's small fries compared to some of the stuff uncle go did. But asura not having a male side?...for some reason that just feel wrong to me......
Ya gotta love Gre-chan's deadpan delivery of Thunder Break.
Prepare to extend the overused joke!Initially we have in 2011 an short called with "Toei Robot Girls" with the Moe Anthropomorphism of Gaiking, Danguard Ace, Barattack and Ga-keen, apparently they will appear in Robot Girls Z too. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kbr_KYDVqro
Recently they are released images from Getter-Chan and Jeeg-Chan◊.

And I thought everyone'd forgotten Barattack and Gakeen.
This almost certainly entails Groizer showing up in RGZ.
Why do you fight? Why do you exist? All girls from the anime, include the girls from Toei Robot Girls◊

Chibi Baron Ashura is best Baron Ashura.
Watch SymphogearSubs for 1-3 are out.
So much bullying.
I want to hug all the mechanical beast girls.
I feel so bad for them.

This is so derived it's actually kinda funny.
Was a long time since I saw someone giving the Nerima Wrecking Crew (fanon version) a run for their money on home turf. They're not quite up to Lina's levels, though.
Check out my fanfiction! The robot girls are clearly the bad guys in this.
I'd rather question whether there are any good guys here at all. Unfortunate shop owners aside.
Check out my fanfiction!Well it sounds like Baron Ashura is purely under orders from dad...I mean Doctor Hell
So her and the mechanical beasts could just be Punch-Clock Villains
did I really just witness a yuri scene consisting of a mechanical beast molesting the Grendizer? my soul felt attacked and crushed a lot too for several reasons.
Feels Good Man.
So...this is now a thing.
From Gunjap: http://www.gunjap.net/site/?p=146194
"Toei Robot Girls, the project that turns Dynamic Planning and Toei Animation’s robots into beautiful girls, is relaunching as a series of television anime shorts next January. The stars of the new Robot Girls Z series will be Z-chan (a girl reimagining of Mazinger Z), Gre-chan (Great Mazinger), and Grenda-san (UFO Robo Grendizer).
Together the trio form Robot Girls Z (a.k.a. Team Z), a unit assigned to promote the future energy source Photon Energy and eliminate enemies who seek Photon Energy for themselves. (Photon Energy comes from Go Nagai’s original Mazinger Z manga and anime.) Usually, the team operates from Nerima Ward Oizumi Academy’s Photon Energy District in Tokyo.
Hiroshi Ikehata (original Toei Robot Girls, Ring ni Kakero 1: Sekai Taikai-hen) is directing the new anime, and Kazuho Hyodo (Tactical Roar) is in charge of the scripts. Tetsuya Kawakami (Shigofumi – Letters from the Departed, Toei Robot Girls) designed the characters.
The cast includes Mariko Honda as Z-chan, Inori Minase as Gre-chan, Kazusa Aranami as Grenda-san, Aya Hisakawa as Ashura, Yukiko Morishita as Garada K7, Nao Tōyama as Daburasu M2, Kaori Takaoka as Gai-chan (Gaiking), Satomi Satou as Gacky (Ga-Keen), Ayumi Tsuji as Bara-tan (Baratack), and Chiharu Kitaoka as Dandan (Danguard Ace).
The nine 10-minute shorts will have the dual themes of slice-of-life gag humor and violence. The Toei Channel will run the shorts this January, after the “episode 0″ starts streaming on the official home page, Niconico, and You Tube."
You would think this would make me foam at the mouth but the fact that there was a Texas Mack Food Truck and an Uncle Go cameo made me smile and it just got sillier from there.
Though I think if you know nothing about the dynamic trio, you might miss out on a ton of funny things.
Like how their hair looks like the love interests' hair in the original shows.
