Rob three seconds in tells you everything you need to know
Mr. Monkey needs to appear in reviews.
... Amanda Miller. Is she really the official voice of Sailor Jupiter?

The Nostalgia Critic has gotten so far off course it isn't funny. A 2015 movie is not nostalgic!
Honestly, I just think he chose this because he wanted to get his feelings out, and wanted to make fun of the directors more.
.... what DOES he think of Speed Racer?
In his Bum Review, he claims it "sucked."
Just a person. He/him.Then he should do a "Doug review", not a NC review.
Also, Doug missed the boat on "Speed Racer".

In the Viz redub of Sailor Moon? Yes. Yes she is.
Funny review overall, but hey Doug, I liked Glen Close as Cruella in 101 Dalmatians. Can't help but feel miffed about that. (>_<)

Dude, Speed Racer was amazing. Doug is discredited forever, unsubscribed, 0/10 would not buy again.
According to his Disneycember on that movie, Doug liked her performance too.
Just a person. He/him.I wondered why I felt odd finding this out. And then I realized it's because I'm not used to knowing how a voice actor looks rather than how she sounds.
Speed Racer is severely underrated and mistreated.

Doug and Rob were really stretching it with the ripoff counter, I think.
but HOW?By now, don't they accept that NOTHING is original anymore?? I thought they were beyond this!
The Opening Skit was Actually Pretty Funny.
Nobody was offended by that opening skit, right? I know that Doug is an LGBT supporter, but a few people on Doug's Facebook were a little bit pissed off about it being "transphobic". I thought it was kind of funny because he wasn't really mocking Lana Watchowski, but rather mocking how people would react to them doing the skit.
Have you any dreams you'd like to sell? That was probably the best part of the review as Jupiter Ascending's biggest issue is that it's boring and cliche. It feels like he thought the film would give him more to work with than it did.
I think the hubbub is over Doug using the term "Transsexual" instead of the "Transgendered." That and some find the phrase "used to be a man" to be offensive.
Why would they she? She used to be a man; it's a fact. I don't see how that could possibly be offensive.
Like I said, it wasn't really offensive, but I did feel it skirted the line and almost got that way. The opening sketch was more of them making fun of Tamara and Malcolm playing anyone who is female or black, respectively, plus adding that Tamara often plays male characters in the skits as well. And I would prefer if Doug just used Transgender instead of Transexual, but right now that feels like a nitpick sense he doesn't seem to be intentionally offend transgendered people.

When he brought the NC back he said that anything not in theaters anymore is fair game because he was getting burnt out on 80s and 90s movies.
I've seen this brought up before, and while it is an explanation of why he's been doing newer movies ever since 2013, it doesn't mean that it's a good decision that we should just lie back and accept. His name is the Nostalgia Critic. Reviewing newer movies makes his moniker meaningless and doesn't make his show stand out amidst the countless other "review new movies" shows on the internet. It's honestly kind of false advertising in a way.
And it's not like he was running out of material for late '80s-late '90s stuff to review, either.

So he should be constrained by the name he picked years earlier? Granted, that does kinda relate to Music TV and other similar channel problems
Honestly, he was toeing the line in the past anyway when he reviewed movies like The Room and Ponyo.
You know what? Your crossed out sentence is actually very apt. The series has gone through the equivalent of Network Decay over the years.
Ponyo, coincidentally, was one of the worst reviews he ever did. Though not because it was new, but because anytime he makes jokes about a movie he likes, and especially when the movie in question comes from Studio Ghibli, it feels incredibly forced.

Huh, so he's doing small wonder?
You know there was actually a Hindi version of this show made in the 2000s called 'Karishma ka karishma', meaning 'Karishma's miracle (karishma also being a common girl's name.
I don't know what it says about us that it fit in pretty well with Indian television in general.
There was also a weird show in the same vein that was like a hybrid between 'Sabrina the teenage witch' and 'Bewitched'. Only instead of witches they were 'fairies'.
