I am definitely still interested!
Have one character ready and another vaguely planned, even. ^^;
"Oh, dear. The toad, the monkey, and the dog have all screwed up."I already expressed interest. The characters I already have sheets for in previous SRW RPGs that I can put in this one are...
- A cheery Blood Knight (Goku levels, not Mari levels) who pilots the Won Tiger (Though it might go for a different name, like Silver Fang Meteor Gin).
- A psychopath who views death as an exhilarating experience, even his own, can observe people's auras (basically, he can look at someone and notice if they have something like Newtype or Spiral Energy, though it's broad enough for him just to notice "Hey, that Muggle has some sort of powerful energy." and not "Oh, he's a Newtype.") and pilots the Ryuuseioh.
- Peter Parker who pilots the Leopardon.
- Kai Ozu + MagiDragon (though it will have a different story to how it came to be for ease).
Though I might make a new character if the scenario calls for it.

Interest, once I can actually pick a bloody character.◊
"Yup. That tasted purple."Are those from the show? I don't remember either from the VN.
Total Eclipse didn't get a VN until last month.
"Yup. That tasted purple."I meant the first three VNs, but cool. Guess I'll have to read that one when it's translated.
Daijuji Kurou is mine.
"Hey you! Nano-something or other!"II am interested, also importing at least 1 mecha from a previous RP. From Gun X Sword.
Inspirational quote against powerful image of nature. So yeah. Just waiting for this to go to signups now.
"Yup. That tasted purple."And now for some odd reason, this robot calls to me for pilotin'.◊

Hmm, right, um... my current character ideas are importing a character I made for another mecha RP a while back that I really liked(extremely sarcastic child prodigy otaku mecha pilot!), and then a new idea!
... Um... as for actual brainstorming, figuring out more about what the setting is like is probably a good idea. Would also help me figure out what my second character was made for, since she's an Artificial Human, eh-heh.
"Oh, dear. The toad, the monkey, and the dog have all screwed up."Yeah... Basically all that's figured out about the setting is what's in the OP. Still need to figure out quite a bit of stuff.
I mean, for one thing, need to decide whether this is going to be more based on Earth and the surrounding space, or if it'll be more space opera-y or not. ...At the very least I know the "main" Gundam series involved will probably be Turn A Gundam, although it would be really really awesome if I could somehow shoehorn in G Gundam but... We'll see.
Heheheh. But could you find someone delusional enough to pilot it? And if you did use it I'd need to pull in Itashar Boy somehow. >.> <.<

Well, I know that Turn A Gundam takes place in a setting that's just gotten back to Victorian levels(I think? Was it earlier? I can't really remember from what I've heard and I haven't seen it. ^^;). While Victorian setting and giant robots is really cool, um, it's probably a lot more accommodating for other series to make the technology level further ahead, eh-heh. Which is probably really obvious, but, um... yeah.
... There should be some kind of artificial human... thing going around, whether it's canon, kind of linked to canon, or just original, since... well, admittedly it's kind of me selfishly wanting some kind of justification for my second character. ^^;
"Oh, dear. The toad, the monkey, and the dog have all screwed up."Well, the potential pilot I have in mind (might be subject to change) is pretty... EXCITING!
But considering the mindset for a delusional person (Akibaranger wise) doesn't really call for creepy monster born from despair, I'm probably gonna be on the fence as to who'll pilot it. Unless said Phantom is okay.

Basing things about Turn A Gundam means no colonised solar system, which is a bit sad, I think.
... do we still have the Red Galaxy thing from Diebuster? :O
Avatar Source...Yeah, that probably wasn't the best idea. >.< Although maybe it would still work if the world had gotten back to a more modern/near-future level before they started accidently digging up ancient mecha or... Something. Hurm...
...I have not thought through my initial setup very well, ahah. Also, shouldn't be too difficult to bring in some artificial human thing, seeing how that kind of stuff seems to pop up in a few mecha series. All else fails she can be a Rei clone.
Well, I was kind of thinking it would be easy to have them having gotten back to a more modern level prior to the RP and then advanced from there. Since it keeps the Turn A Gundam basis while also allowing for a lot more flexibility.
I figured there would be at least something. Also given my idea for how she acts a Rei clone would be hilarious. Obviously not using her, but hilarious.
"Oh, dear. The toad, the monkey, and the dog have all screwed up."I've not actually played Super Robot Wars but I'm putting in a vote for space travel or at least fighting in the upper atmosphere when possible. I'd also like to do some stuff with the/a moon.
(I would like to be a designated villain if possible, whenever we decide on factions).
Inspirational quote against powerful image of nature.Stuff like what? There's lots of things that can be done with the moon.

Avatar SourceThere are many many things that can be done with the moon, it's true, eh-heh.
"Oh, dear. The toad, the monkey, and the dog have all screwed up."Yeah. A bunch of sealed evils there too. There's a princess, a witch, and some demon with about ten tails.
And there may or may not be the moonrace on there depending on how much of Turn A's plot I use, and it may or may not also secretly be a gigantic robot in disguise. >.> <.<
So yeah, like I mentioned here, I'm thinking of trying to run a Super Robot Wars RP, composed of both crossover and original material. Of course, I'm not entirely sure where to go with this idea, so... Brainstorming thread!
The basic set-up I'd decided on is that Gunbuster took place in the distant past (about 12,000 years ago, even), but due to the Dark History the vast majority of people only know of this due to ancient myths about a war in the heavens. Um... But hopefully you won't need in-depth knowledge of the genre to understand what's going on, ahah.
...But yeah, kind of need a bit more information in terms of initial plot and setting and what kind of stuff is going to be included. Well, aside from the required Mazinger Z, Getter Robo and Gundam (since Turn A Gundam was mentioned in the really bare bones backstory up there, the Dark History shall include any Gundam series we don't use). So, uh... Anyone interested?
