Oculus Rift co-developer killed as a bystander from a high speed chase

I don't fucking believe this. This is literally too close to home for me. The best creative minds always get taken by the worst dumbasses, and for me, locally as well.

Ouch, this really sucks. Gangbangers are such a stain that seem hellbent on dragging everyone else down with them. I feel so bad for his family, to lose someone under such circumstances.

Pick one of the least dangerous jobs on the planet, get taken out by a crisis straight out of a video game. Yeesh, poor chap.

Poor, poor guy. Such a shame for him and his family.

At least this hopefully won't sink the Oculus Rift, but yeah, thoughts for his family and friends.

This is really terrible, My sympathies go out to the family of the developer and to the residents of the county who are affected by this recklessness on those involved.

Holy crap, talking about some shitty Karma going on there. Sure, the gangbangers were caught and they're all in critical condition, but they sure screwed up quite a few lives in the process. My sympathies also go out to the unnamed driver of a vehicle also rammed off the road during the case: I'm glad to hear they didn't take his life as well.

That fucking sucks...

The Oculus Rift seems like it's really going places. I hope his partner takes steps to ensure his family is provided for.

Karma'll get 'em in the butt when the Rift takes off, and they al rot in jail. Sometimes it IS a good thing jail is such a horrible place.
