Do Raiju and Quicksilver evolve?

I am currently in Camp Ichigaya.

Poor National Defence Deities. I gotta say, I am kinda disappointed that, going with Jonathan, I don't get to hear Tayama's big villainous speech. He was built up to so much, and to just see him dead on the floor is...anti-climactic.

Guess Walter learned a few things from Lilith besides book-reading and the ways of the chaos faction.

Current cast of demons is Tiamat, Sleipnir (loving Luster Candy), Xiuhtecuhtli, Throne, Berserker, Asmodeus, Airavata, Gui Xian (really wanna make something good using him), Minotaur, Balor, Kaiwan, Enku and Sylph.

Once I reach Level 70, I intend to fuse Sylph and Sleipnir to make Sphinx, due to its higher MP letting it use Luster Candy and not have such a burden placed on its MP.

Any other suggestions for my team, as far as Fusions, or am I good for Blasted Tokyo?

If you have the Mp Regen App, the "Concentrate next next next Megidola" combo carried me through 100% of Blasted Tokyo and 90% of Infernal Tokyo, so it might be a good idea to get those moves on Flynn if you don't have them yet.

Nope.

Aside from the Angelic orders gradually ascending, I don't think there's any demon evolution chains greater than two.

Ok. I actually checked that, but I wanted to get some more confirmation, just in case the places I looked at were wrong.

Which demon will give me Concentrate, and who do I combine to make it?

Also, I just got Victory Cry by fusing up Huang Long.

He also hits every weakness except Gun.

He also saved my ass from Kenji, who, for some reason, was not Weak to his weaknesses. Huang Long also gave me Megidolaon. Though, regular old Megido has +8 by now, so I am loath to get rid of it.

Well, I got Neutrality anyway. So yahoo, most difficult Neutrality in Game Achieved.

Now, I just gotta face The White. My current team is Sphinx, Quetzalcoatl, and Huang Long.

I have now entered Sky, and am training on Fallen Angels. Fiend David is becoming oddly strong.

Also, some Setanta I picked up.

An Abaddon I got somehow Changed Null Elec to Thunder Reign.

The thing about SMT IV's system is that lower base-leveled demons can theoretically become much stronger statistically than higher base-leveled demons, the cost being both the high amount of effort involved and the fact that high base-level demons usually have far more going for them in regards to innate resistances.

Well that's cool. Thanks to good ol' Wikipedia, I found an interesting legend about Masakado. He was executed by decapitation at Kyoto, then the capital, and according to the myth his head stayed alive, flew on its own all the way to the future site of Tokyo where it finally died and was buried. Could this be why his default form in this game is a floating head?

Pretty much. Probably also helped to distinguish between Masakado and Masakado's Shadow.

Yeah, that is why I kept David around.

He's already, at about level 48-50, as statistically strong as some of my later game Demons.

Another tidbit from Wikipedia: I was looking up that guy Gotou was based on (whose entry is hilarious, by the way - it talks a lot about his beautiful writing and poetry, then utterly randomly drops "Oh yeah, he was also a terrorist") and found out that Camp Ichigaya is a real place. Never knew that.

Does it have a Magical Reactor in its basement?

Also, I am trying to fuse a few good end game demons, I know how to make a good Shiva, but not much else.

I have a Ym with Luster Candy I really wanna use for something.

So, um, also, is there anything I am supposed to do with the Deceased's Nails I am collecting, or is it just a nonsense item?

@Nick: You can get a challenge quest to take 20 of them to Hel in Blasted Ikebukuro.

Is there any way to go back to Blasted Tokyo after going through once?

Only on Chaos and Neutral routes.

After killing Lucifer, you can head back through the portal via the Yamato Perpetual Reactor in Camp Ichigaya's basement.
