Both of mine that I can think of are from Final Fantasy X: Seymour's fourth and final form and Braska's Final Aeon.
I like to keep my audience riveted. The final boss from Intrusion 2. It takes almost an hour to kill this sucker, but the experience is TOTALLY worth it. Take a look:

Credo from Devil May Cry 4 And The Nemesis when fighting him in the abandoned factory.
Vergil in DMC 3, Credo and Dante in DMC 4, the Groundshaker, the Storm Rider, Xaldin, Demyx, Saïx, Xemnas from Kingdom Hearts 2, the last Riku fights in Chain of Memories, all Vanitas fights in Birth By Sleep, Riku in Days, Tela Vasir in Mass Effect 2, Alduin in Skyrim.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.The final battle of the La-Mulana remake is one of my favorites.
It's a five-phase battle against the Mother, the origin of all sapient life, including humanity. During the final phase, she starts absorbing the powers of the Eight Guardians, the games other bosses, and begins using each of their signature attacks.
Geek out about your favorite boss battles here, final or not! Or the music, because boss music is pretty cool, too. One last thing: NO SEPHIROTH!!!!
Anyone, my top boss battles in no particular order -
1) Kefka (Final Fantasy VI)
2) Bowser (Mario Galaxy 2)
3) Necromancer (Castle Crashers)
4) Jubileus (Bayonetta)
5) Perfect Dark Gaia (Sonic Unleashed)
6) Time Eater (Sonic Generations)
7) Hades (Kid Icarus: Uprising)
Your Honor...
