I'm conflicted. On one hand, it's Dracula. On the other hand, they're using that same stupid "Mina is his dead wife reincarnated" plotline that the Gary Oldman movie did. Come on, guys, can't we just ditch the leather pants for once?

Just because it's become necessary doesn't mean I have to like it.

Cool. Heard some things about this a while back and seems interesting. I like the idea of him posing as an American/his general "modernism". Accurate to the book where (although some of it was just manipulating Harker), he was legitimately obsessed with absorbing English culture and not coming across as a Funny Foreigner (certainly no Vampire Vords from the book's Dracula). The Darwin-talk is also faithful to the book.

I like the take on Renfield (although he seems a much more willing servant/considerably saner than the book/different in general). The actor was cool in Game of Thrones.

Yeah, it definitely does follow in the footsteps of his leatherpantsing. In fact, it seems to suggest that he's a Defector from Decadence among his kind.

I am wondering how based on the trailer he apparently has a reflection.

Awesome show. It's one of the most interesting takes on the Dracula story that I've seen in a while.

If none are floating around you can make them yourself.
