This is a pretty bad example of lossy compression. It looks terrible. And... there's no source.
[down][down] Well considering that the image name is treehouse-of-horror-i1_5292.png, I'd say you're right. Pot Holed. Now, it is a png, so no compression. I dunno, it looks like artifacts to me. I like the image itself, but perhaps that was the quality of the animation,

I don't see the compression artifacts, and it looks like The Simpson's style of art, and it works as a visual pun, but I do think it would be worth some time looking for a better one out there somewhere.

I don't think it's that bad.

I don't see anything wrong with the picture. It's a graveyard with names of Native Americans on the headstones.

[up] I don't have a problem with the content, but the quality.

Keep Until Better Image Suggested, and it's gonna have to be real better.

@4: No, it's an image of an Indian burial ground, not Native American.

... old Simpsons was great.

They're in India?! (Seriously, Indian burial ground or Native American graveyard, why does it matter what you call it?)

Um... yeah... So as the OP, I say Keep Until Better Image Suggested. I thought it was an image quality problem, but it's not.

Given [up], and the potential difficulty of finding anything else, I'm good to lock this up. Objections/suggestions?

This image, while being kind of weak (the trope is not just about graveyards), straddles the line of acceptable.

@ Lex: Sorry, my point was that Gandhi is in the burial ground so I was making a joke about that joke.

Oh, I see. Gandi is from India. Simpsons would make that joke.
