That's strange to me, since I remember watching Sonic X a lot during my Elementary School Years and out of all the characters from the show who's voice I can still remember the most. It's was Amy Rose and when I started watching the English version. I actually thought it was the same actress, until I learned Mako was voiced by a different voice actress. It's weird to me, because Mako Mankanshoku sounded alot like Amy Rose's 4kids voice.
"A Lady does not start fights but they can finish them"Odd, I never got that "Amy Rose" from her.
To pity someone is to tell them "I feel bad about being better than you."But I'm eager to see how Stephanie Sheh's performance as Nui Harime will turn out. Especially in later episodes where Nui shows up. Nui does debut in episode 11 right?

"A Lady does not start fights but they can finish them"Yep she debuts there.
I really ought to watch the dub soon. I really enjoyed the show when I watched it subbed, but I'd really like to hear the dub. Both just to re-experience the show with some better attention to anything but the bottom of the screen and the dub cast is sounding near perfect to me.
I'm on Youtube Reviewing Things Cause I can.You really should check out the dub sometime! It's fantastic so far, and the voice actors really do a great job capturing the emotional, dramatic, and serious moments (especially in episode 7 and 8 so far). In fact, the effort the actors pull off reminds me of the Funimation dub of One Piece when he really captures how the characters feel when they are sad or angry. Did they announce when the next episodes of the English dub will be released because I do the new episodes get announced online or do they release a new episode once a week like Space Dandy that aired on Toonami/Adult Swim? Because, I hardly ever check Anime News sites on recent announcements on when a new episode of a sub or dub will be released depending on the anime and studio it's working with.
"A Lady does not start fights but they can finish them"So far in the US at least, eps 10-14 come out on December 23 and 15-19 come ou on Feb 24.
The last set hasn't gotten a date yet, but I'm presuming March or April.
And yes Aniplex USA is releasing like that because they want as much money from the fans as they can, rather than please the fans by releasing a full or at least two part collection.
I'm on Youtube Reviewing Things Cause I can.Maybe they really do need that amount of money? I sense Funimation has an easier time earning money given how much more work they get.
This is the same release method they've done with several of their past shows (e.g. Blue Exorcist), hell they're currently releasing Gurren Lagann on Blu Ray exactly like this. And that is a 7 year old show.
It's how they release Blu Rays in Japan sure but it shouldn't be like this in the West.

I'm on Youtube Reviewing Things Cause I can.... I think it's partly demand from the Japanese companies. They actually TELL them to release the DV Ds like this.
Well Aniplex USA is just the America division of Aniplex.

I'm on Youtube Reviewing Things Cause I can....who are probably under orders from the Japanese branch?
To pity someone is to tell them "I feel bad about being better than you."Yesterday I began watching the English dub of K-On where Stephanie She voices Yui. I can't wait to hear how menacing she performance as Nui once the English version of episode 11 comes out if it has already.
"A Lady does not start fights but they can finish them"Nice.
To pity someone is to tell them "I feel bad about being better than you."40 keks.
It's that sibling bond yo.

A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.Anyone else disappointed by Ryuko's voice in the dub? It sounds good except for when she's angry...which is most of the time.
Life's too short, so love the one you got.Not really. I think it works.
Slightly related: anyone else hear a bit of Jersey in her voice? Or is it just me?
To pity someone is to tell them "I feel bad about being better than you."I'm really enjoying Mako's English voice!
"A Lady does not start fights but they can finish them"Does she Light. Your. Heart. Up?
Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that. There ain't no one that can take her place, oh baaabyyyyyy
To pity someone is to tell them "I feel bad about being better than you."Blumenkrantz is sung by Ragyo, not to any of her daughters, but to Hououmaru.
Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.
Mako is voiced by Christine Marie Cabanos. So no.
To pity someone is to tell them "I feel bad about being better than you."
