Satsuki thought she killed Ryuuko's father, but that turned out to just be a clone of him, so now she's trying to empower Ryuuko with the hope of drawing out her father, who's currently hiding until his daughter gains the True Power, so she can actually kill him.
Or a reasonably close approximation of that plot.

I would add that sexualization isn't bad in the first place. Demonizing sexualization implicates that sexuality is something dirty and shameful that we should feel bad about, a view that I hope is a dying remnant of the past. Sexualization only becomes a problem if it happens at the expense of everything else, by reducing a person to just their sexual features, something that KLK definitely doesn't do.
What I'm trying to say is that, people who think they are progressive because they are offended by sight of female body actually aren't.
