I think the previous caption worked on the other image because it drew your attention to something you might have missed. No one is going to miss his smug super smirk in this. I can't think of a good caption, though.
Well, an obvious one would be "Looks like Superman has them by the ball".

I hate to throw a cat among the pigeons, but perhaps the background image on the left of this comic page would be a better example?
He's from a relatively obscure webcomic but you can hardly miss how smug he looks and to be totally unconcerned about the lightning hitting near him kind of tells you he's super powered. That, and the hint of a body in the background.
Absent-minded professor and Neverwinter Nights DMI was wondering - could someone fill us in on the context of that Supes picture? Because it looks like he's just being a d*ck for no reason (which wouldn't be the first time, but I was wondering if there's more to it)
Looks more like Unflinching Walk. Especially since it isn't clear that he's the cause of the explosion. It could be just as easily interpreted as someone having attacked him and missed; to which he's just coolly standing in place.

Yeah, I can see that.
The guy in the pic is definitely a smug super, but I guess you need the story for context which makes the picture alone unsuitable.
So how about the bottom panel from this page? I'll undertake to ask permission, extract, re-size and upload it if you like.

Absent-minded professor and Neverwinter Nights DMThat still isn't anywhere near as good as the Superman playing basketball image.
Bigotry will NEVER be welcome on TV Tropes.Ah, well. I was hoping to help and it looks like I only confused the issue. Sorry.
But that guy "Gunner" practically personifies "smug super" so I thought he'd be a shoo-in for the part.
Absent-minded professor and Neverwinter Nights DMThat image seems more like a threat, though.
No consensus on a caption; locking up. I culled the old caption as well.
Counting from Spark9, we've got enough consensus to run with the pic, so it's swapped in and the tag's adjusted. I commented out the old caption for now; do we want to go with it ("That dickish grin...), come up with something different, or go without?
