Not liking ^ as it's a meme.

I think that it being our own meme makes it a little more tolerable, but it won't bug me if it doesn't get used.

Or to go with the card a bit more "Just one look was all it took; before one word was spoken his mind was broken."

I really like either of those two. I prefer not to use TV Tropes' meme...seems a bit self-aggrandizing.

Earnest's second works well enough.

I like Peasant's suggestions, actually.

The ones I like the most are Shadow Hog's and Earnest's. Any one of those could work, really.

This is way past the point that I'd normally give for caption ideas...Earnest's suggestions have the most overall consensus so I've put up the second. I didn't tag the caption as being chosen by the thread, so if anyone wants to put up something different, go for it. Locking up.
