I found this highly amusing.
I'm not quite sure I get it. They mention TV Tropes in the punchline, but what's the joke? I'm not seeing any references to other tropes or anything like that.
For starters, it looks like a page image for a work page. You can even see the Discussion and YMMV tabs in the top right.

There are also a lot of rather obvious references to tropes, including My Friends... and Zoidberg, Bread, Eggs, Breaded Eggs and Arson, Murder, and Jaywalking.

Parable: Yeah, I took a screenshot of the TLT tropes page and used that in my title panel (which I use as a comic-strip equivalent of a Couch Gag... I wonder if there's a term for that...)
