You left out the cute boys and rampant Ho Yay
So yeah, I think this is my favorite of the season. It's just a lot of fun to watch
As a manga reader, I love how they are going through the chapters so quickly. I think with the 3rd they now covered 9 or 10. When the anime was announced I was worried since in the manga the main plot takes long to take off and I wondered how they'd adapt it. Seems like I don't have to worry.
The fact that Nai is an animal is a welcome change from most main characters that act like they have brain damage; at least this one has a good reason for that
The only 'flaw' in the anime is that i can't help but think Gareki's voice should be deeper. Am I the only that read the manga and thinks like that?

Episode 4: Oh Yogi you cute ditz you.
Episode 5:
- Nai saves someone instead of being his usual clueless self.
- We meet the madman who experimented on Yotaka and Tsubame.
- Yotaka, in anguish over his murderous, monstrous form, is killed by whatshisname with the top hat. Shame, he was a great dude. I look forward to Tsubame joining Circus and making use of that life her brother granted her.
Episode 6:
- Hiroshi 's top hat is actually a group of magical women. Ehhh.
- Nai had very useful insights this episode.
- Circus has in-universe fangirls.
- It's good that Tsubame now knows Gareki hadn't abandoned her. I expect her to join the fray in the near future. The part where she offers herself as a lab specimen was the only part of the episode I didn't slog through.
Episode 7: That play got interesting at the end.
Episode 8: Psycho Yogi. Apparently that bandage on his face is a suppressor of some sort.
Episode 9: Tsukumo's in trouble.
Episode 10:
- Wow, really? Resurrecting people is as easy as that? Booooring. This show's really dedicated to stylishness though; it's not enough to kill Tsukumo, they have to send her down a river in a coffin full of rose petals.
- So the type of the stuffed animal servants depends on the ship. I think I prefer the Second's sheep, but the First's rabbits were adorable when they were asking to get themselves brushed.
- How the heck do special cells give you the ability to turn your top hats into ghost women thingies? Answer: they just do.
- Yogi continues to be a great big bro. I also rather like Jiki. Nice to know that he'll be hanging around.
Episode 11: This show just doesn't stop being fabulous. Case in point: their telephone is a giant mushroom.
Episode 12: Seriously awesome action scenes galore. Even the animal doll-bots get in on the fun!
So, if I were to start reading the manga, which chapter would let me skip what the anime has covered?

Agreed.
Also: I miss shows with original endings. Getting pretty sick of everything ending with 'second season please!'
It's understandable for shows which were adapted from other sources. It's either second season or DIY endings, and the latter doesn't usually turn out well.
I was going to ask that question too. I'll see if I can find anything.
Episode 13: A feel-good finale. Sweet.
EDIT: From what I've read, the anime ended at around chapter 36. The anime is also apparently a very solid adaptation, so there's no need to read through the part the anime covers.

I'm aware, it's just I'm so getting tired of non-endings that I'd frankly prefer a bad original ending.
Karneval is a story about a clueless kid and a teenage outlaw who somehow end up joining the organization Circus.
And is Karneval an appropriate name. The show is very colorful, to say the least, plus the organization literally hosts circuses. Yeah.
Uh, where was I? Uhh, yeah, Karneval. It has superpowers, secret organizations, mutant enemies, and bishies (and cute girls too). Try it out!
Episode 3:
