This is why I submitted it a week ago. To avoid the deadline nonsense.

Unless it was under the eastern time zone in Australia, in which case the deadline passed about an hour ago, I believe. :P

All right, I'm ready to upload, I believe: are there any formatting preferences? It looks like Free Text Host doesn't respect leading white-space unless the "Preformatted text" box is checked, but that lays out the text in a manner that seems difficult to read (my guess being that it's intended for programming use). Should I then perhaps put blank lines between paragraphs?

Yeah I had to wonder about that as well. I had some things in mine that were supposed to be italicized, couldn't find any options for that.

You can use bbcode to italicize.

WELL FUCK. I can't do that now, can I? Is it possible to go back and edit the entry if you've submitted it to the text host site?

If you selected an administrator password then yes, I believe so.

Why not just upload it again — with an administrator password — and use the new link thus provided?

You could probably resubmit if all you're going to do is fix the italics. Do the judges have any problem with that?

That seems reasonable to me: your link shouldn't be anonymous to the handler, and under the circumstances a resubmission might not be much trouble at all.

So, I just give the link to a gdoc to danna and that's it? Then We Wait?

If by "gdoc" you mean a Google Doc, then I think that you're supposed to use the free text host mentioned in the first post. Otherwise yes, I think that that's correct.
