This is a pretty interesting series hosted on Rev3Games (and it's the only reason I subscribed to them). It has Adam Sessler analyzing and talking at length about and the gaming industry (from rants to reflections).

May as well start with the first episode

Love this guy. Him and his signature "Turbostutter".

He touches on a lot of good points and is pretty insightful. And occasionally very funny. I do tend to skip over large parts of his videos though, since he starts talking about review stuff like metacritic, Reviews Are the Gospel and Eight Point Eight which I'm not always very interested in.

I generally enjoy hearing Sessler's opinions.

So here's the latest episode (I think it got posted in the Nintendo E3 thread).

I suppose everything that can be said has been said in that thread, but I'll add here: flash and flair are a necessary evil in gaming. Yes, the conference is losing relevance to gamers, and yes, the Nintendo Direct streams are a cleaner, ultimately better way to show off their products. Both of these are irrelevant to the mainstream, and to deny that same mainstream you want to appeal to won't do any good for your company in the long or short run.

Next episode:

Focus on the games, man. That's all there is to it.

I like how he was okay with answering that question about honesty in game journalism (it's probably been talked about to death). Most people in game media aren't that willing to tackle that question, and I think he handled it earnestly.

He didn't mention anything about the always-controversial always-online rumors. Guess he touched on it before.

I think he's got the next Xbox pegged, but only time will tell.

Ubi Montreal's got a Signature Style? Never thought of that with them (though it's obvious with certain groups like Suda51 and Platinum).
