Don't forget kitten/puppy mills!
To be completely fair to EA, none of their subsidiaries have yet to electrocute a Green Beret, so my money is still on Halliburton.
BP would be one of my prime choices, probably, so we're not so different here
O_O That's really sad.

Insert witty and clever quip here. My page, as the database hates my handle.Of note: BP pollutes because it is part of an industry that does so, and that industry exists because there is demand for it. Bank of America was part of a nation-wide economic bubble that owes as much to politicians encouraging house-buying, and consumers spending more than they earn, as much as any mismanagement. EA has no such excuse.
A blog that gets updated on a geological timescale.I don't think "The rest of the industry does it too!!" Is any excuse at all.

"I could eat a knob at night" - Karl PilkingtonJust because bp pollutes because the nature of its job is to pollute does not mean it has to respect the environment.
If EA massively contributed to landfill or had unethical business practises that ran roughshod over competition legislation, then sure. But they're not "morally bad" in the way bp and BOA have been. EA are just "consumer bad". And also, not giving refunds is illegal here in the EU as per legislation.
Hah.
Nerds are prone to hyperbole.
Monsanto may be making kill-seeds, BP may be spilling oil, and BoA may be making people homeless, but may god help you if you put DRM on a video game.

I concur with Oddo. Although, I suppose its different for me and him; I don't focus on video games as much as I do on other things - so bp would be the Worst Company for me (although bp is traded on the Ftse and not the Nasdaq or Nyse, but whatever).
