Torso, stomach, and to some extent, movement and perspective, and how it's illustrated.
Check out my fanfiction!I'm sorry, I still don't understand.
And it looks like it, so the art style reinforces the tone of the scene rather than detracts from it. That's what makes a style good or bad; this trope doesn't really involve tone, though, and the context is unimportant, so the stylistic choices are less important.

The Revolution Will Not Be TropeableFor the record, the source manga has very nice artwork that generally isn't that cartoony-looking. IIRC the suggestion is meant to be a slapstick moment.
You're defining its style as more realistic than it really is intended to be, which naturally brings out a lot of supposed flaws. Take the stomachs, for instance. You say it's a flaw because they're drawn incorrectly. However, that assumes the artist didn't design them like that intentionally because of the style used. Does that make more sense?
Quality-wise, I think the Change 123 is worse, since the pixelation is much more obvious, due to being black-to-white. It also doesn't actually show the attack, but rather implies it through common conventions. Still obvious, but less so than actually showing the trope, like the current.

Check out my fanfiction! What about the purple nurple linked in the comics section?
That's a good one. I don't think it's an improvement, but I do think it's better than the Change123 one.

Check out my fanfiction!Ummmm...what about her getting slapped in the boob is hard to see?
How do you translate "still obvious" to "hard to see"?
Check out my fanfiction!Going off this line: "It also doesn't actually show the attack, but rather implies it through common conventions." This isn't Design Elements 201.
Eh, fuck it, it was worth a shot. Locking up.
