When the objects came to life and Lotte used her song to calm their spirits down and change then back to normal, was I the only one thinking of Tsukumogami?

It was weird seeing normal non-magic people but I grew to like them by the end. Lotte made a custom Chariot hat for Akko?? Oh my God she's too good a friend!! :3
SO there has been a LWA Manga Series announced starting next month in Ultra Jump. hype?
Hype.
Forever liveblogging the Avengerskinda funny that it's going to be serialized in the same magazine as Dogs, Biomega, Jojolion, etc. then again the klk manga also ran in a seinen magazine so i guess it's not that surprising.
I am pretty sure I missed it in the first one. They were in the British Isles all along?
I must admit, with all the appealing traits Akko has, she's still kind of obnoxious. If more installments ever get made, I can see another theme happening having to do with Akko controlling her attitude, but so far, we don't have that here.
There's a comic!?
MUST!
Little Witch Academia has an English dub! And Erica Mendez voices Akko!
Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.
What
I gave up on this happening, where is this coming from?
It's one thing to make a spectacle. It's another to make a difference.apparently it's on netflix lol, both shorts.
Yeah.... where were the prerelease announcements for this?? This just crept up on me!
The dub is not super great actually.
Not bad at parts but when you get to the frantic dragon stuff at the end, its like people are just reading their lines as fast as they can with no thought given on how to deliver the line.
Forever liveblogging the AvengersDub is OK, they just aren't the voices I identify the characters with.
Looking to upgrade to park bench.... that's odd. The voice actors are all people we know can deliver stellar work, and it's recorded at a studio that usually does that too.
I tend to take opinions on dubs with a salt mine since I usually end up liking "bad" dubs anyway so...

It's one thing to make a spectacle. It's another to make a difference. All right, I decided to bite the bullet and check out the English dub of the original short on Netflix.
...
It's totally fine.
The dub was great to hear even though the subtitles were kinda off. (Although to be fair, that's probably because they're straight-up translations of the Japanese audio.)
Dub!Sucy's voice (and overall attitude) really reminded me of Janine Melnitz. Anyone else share the same sentiments?
EDIT: Also saw the second one just now. Also fun!

Ah good to hear.
Full television anime has been announced! Get hype!
Fight for something, even if its meaningless.aaaaaw shit son
i hope they don't redo the first two specials' plot in the show because the description sounds like they're doing that
I'm hype.
Forever liveblogging the Avengers
Finally got around to seeing it. But I may need to watch the second half later.
Of course, they gotta start right off with Suzy. Fandom pandering and all. :D
Well the moral of this one is obviously cooperation, which is a bit cliche but a good one for the target audience. Lotte has a stronger role here. She sings really well too. Now I wonder what her old home is like.
... being bullied for working in an old building? Debate over the lack of current technology like cell phones? Are witches just the Amish of this territory!?
