The image was changed without discussion on March 25th by Troper snowviolet. It went from this:
to this hotlinked image
◊ (inside a quoteright inside another quoteright) and this caption:
...which is just a link to the same friggin' image.
Change it back, bop snowviolet over the head with a PM explaining what was done wrong (ie: everything), and I think we'll be done here.

What's interesting is that the Bella pic looks like it was put in after an IP and replacing this Just A Face And A Caption of someoneone I don't recognize.

I restored the old image and caption after Duck wiped the hotlinked mess off. Send snowviolet a PM and we should be good to close this, yeah.
Earnest: An IP thread doesn't show up on a forum search. From the history, I take it that you must remember the thread yourself? If it was chosen by a thread, I reckon we should tag it (with a "kept" rather than a "chosen"), linking to this thread now, of course.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure there was a thread and action based on it, but I have next to no memory of it. I actually did a double take when I saw my name in the edit history because I really don't have a strong recollection of it. =\
