hope that means a HD re-release of the previous games.Hell,they should re-do the first game's translation while they are at it,the dub was good(I truly loved Mona Marshall as Angelus.It's rare to see her voicing something that are not young boys besides the females of South Park.)but toning down controversial themes in an already M-rated game was pointless(sure,I understand about the pedo Leonard,but the incest at least should have stayed,it was an important plot-point.)

I'm hoping this is based off another ending of Drakengard.

The one where the dragons have sworn to exterminate humanity would be nice.

I find that site can usually be counted on to provide concept art/official art for upcoming games.

So, I wonder if they'll continue the trend of mass child murder. ...kinda really hope so.

Given that the prequel manga had both mass child murders AND woman rape-murders, I'd say that the remnants of Cavia are looking to outdo themselves.

Drakengard has always embodied everything I hate about gaming and made me love it.

I really hope this gets an English release.Amazing that Square-Enix still gives the franchise a chance considering all the recent screw ups(the recent Final Fantasy games,the newest Hitman and Tomb Raider selling great but still failures at the eyes of Square-Enix because they expected them to sell Call of Duty numbers,etc...),kind of ironic,since Drakengard is basically a deconstruction of what we usually see in a Final Fantasy game.

Did Nier do well? Because that was technically (very technically) a Drakengard game.

I'm getting excited for this more and more.

The screenshots I've seen of the male battle-whores in action are interesting, to say the least. I guess they figured that the 3-member team mechanic in Nier worked really well.

not mentioning the heroine is the opposite of what the creepy obssessed otakus want.Hell,it's a risking move doing this since they would refuse to buy just because of that,yet,the Drakengard team just loves doing this.

By the way,I've been checking the Japanese cast of the Drakengard games,and it's interesting how they basically casted either celebrities,people whose focus isn't voice-acting or well known V As completely playing against their typecasting.We've got:

Caim and Angelus being voiced by the same person,who happens to be a famous crossdressing actor and dancer who also starred in one of the infamous Guinea Pig movie series(if you don't know what it is,don't bother check it,it's not worth it...)and also voiced the Grimoire Weiss in Nier(which could lead to some , huh?)

Inuart being voiced by an actor who is known for being the voice of Woody in Toy Story...

Koichi Yamadera voicing Leonard...a gentle blind pedophile...

Megumi Hayashibara voicing Arioch...a psycho baby eating elf...

Yuko Miyamura voicing THAT ANNOYING FAIRY!!she played somebody who managed to top even Asuka...kind of funny that Rei and Asuka are together in the same game that is often compared to Evangelion...

Seere voiced by an actual boy...who also played Disney's Mowgli,E.T.'s Elliot and Pooh's Christopher Robin

possessed Manah voiced by the great late Daisuke Gouri(who also was the Narrator in Drakengard 2.)while the child voice was also done by an actual kid...who also played Lilo & Stitch's Lilo

and so on,I guess I'm going to check some videos in Japanese to listen them.
