Whoo Jirachi battle! I got my ass thoroughly handed to me

Apocalypse: Dirge Of Swans. That kind of sudden and unexpected fights are the pits...
The second and current playthrough I fought that, I was more prepared (blast seeds and partner with Flamethrower).

After spending the Christmas break playing Renowned Explorers, I'm now a bit ahead where that aforementioned fight was, off to fight Entei in the volcano again. My new leader doesn't have a type advantage anymore, but this time I will bring confusion.
There seems to be no Persim berries in this game, though?

My DA account... I draw stuff sometimes!Flamethrower is an amazing ability, Also there needs to be more type bulldozer Emeras in the world.
Apocalypse: Dirge Of Swans.Well now I'm on a Riolu now instead of the previous Totodile (who has extremely good type coverage) so I now miss the Type Bulldozer every minute I don't have it.
Oh man, I sure wish there was a Type Bulldozer looplet so we can have it all time. Punching out ghosts has never been so fun.
I tend to forget, but Alliances give the Type Bulldozer temporarily at the cost of Belly...
My DA account... I draw stuff sometimes!Hey, does anyone know what happens if you tell your partner they're not annoying?
I know it ends the same way, but I can't find how the conversation goes
I do writing, feel free to check out my stories here! https://numbugwritingblog.tumblr.com/post/686233243868102656/numbugs-shared-heroic-uniI didn't spoiler that on the last page. But high five! You chose to be blunt and straight to the point with no punches pulled on the first playthrough, just like I did. <3
Anyway, it basically goes, "I don't find you annoying, but you do have a habit of being reckless and dragging others into danger."
Which makes them not talk to you for a few days, regardless.

My DA account... I draw stuff sometimes!Kind of wish I'd picked that then. Since I liked their personality in general but had to admit leaving Goomy wasn't cool at all.
There seems to be a consensus on this. :)
Did anyone really pick the "not really annoying" option the first time? Because honestly, the game really put up that various escalating series of events culminating in the Goomy incident that makes the default "yes" option the plausible one.

My DA account... I draw stuff sometimes!Actually I haven't even played the game yet :v
I was just talking to a friend about why I felt that choice seems absolute bull.
I do writing, feel free to check out my stories here! https://numbugwritingblog.tumblr.com/post/686233243868102656/numbugs-shared-heroic-uniIt's just a bit of Slice of Life in the early game, why are we even spoilering it. <3
Honestly the "not really annoying" option is better phrased and is way more reasonable. The game just doesn't tell you that there's extra dialogue saying that you still don't really support what the partner is doing and they should really tone it down.
My DA account... I draw stuff sometimes!Ok I have been playing far too much Skyrim. Gonna finally try to play the epilogue and deal with the type disadvantage of being a chimchar in an area full to the brim with ground and rock type pokemon alone and with little chance to counter them. This is gonna suck

Good luck! You can always bring Hoopa. And fortunately your starter has Fighting moves. Finally, use a Defense Looplet.

So in my Riolu x Fennekin replay, I reached Fire Island Volcano again. I actually spent two tiny revivers at the sub-boss + lackeys twice since I forgot to bring one of them Slumber or Totter Orbs, though they ended up all confused anyway thanks to all my team members somehow picking up Dizzying Emeras. And as for the boss Entei he didn't have a chance as long as he didn't get lucky. He was confused all the way from start to finish.

My DA account... I draw stuff sometimes!I actually managed to be that Salamance from that one sidequest. First time too.
I mostly spammed my items and Alliance moves on the guy. Thankfully I had items that could stop him for a few turns.

My Tumblr "If theirs one thing I'm good at, it's blowing" Jesse Cox 2013Truant wands are a miraculous thing.
Apocalypse: Dirge Of Swans. So I got sent to limbo again. I'm getting close to the end since this is the point where I will miss going on random missions for a long time.
Unlike the last playthrough, I got the water looplet really early then buff both my main characters with all the vitamins and sitrus berries available. In addition to having tons of ranged attacks this makes the game easier but surprisingly still not a cake walk.
Also, before I went to the Point of No Return I was taking out those random bosses with Pyroar and her Endeavor. The highest damage ever dealt in one move by Endeavor is about 500+ to Barboach...

My DA account... I draw stuff sometimes!I got this game yesterday as a birthday present and I think I've done alright so far; I've only truly died against the Beedrill and Combee. My two Pokemon are Chimp the Chimchar (hero) and Spin the Chespin (partner) and I'm about to go into the Poliwrath Lake. Since that name terrifies me, what should I do to prepare for it?
It's been 3000 years…You should be fine :)
In general I like to bring (early game, increase to 3 later when you have a upgraded bag) 2-3 of your best looplets, 2 apples, 2 elixirs, 2 revivers. Since a boss battle is expected any orb that causes room-wide status and/or blast seeds are helpful.
My DA account... I draw stuff sometimes!Yeah, I realize that the Blast Seed got buffed. I beat Gabite in about 3 turns thanks to that thing.
It's been 3000 years…welp i'm about to board the Salamence Rapeercoaster.
i got plenty of wands and blast seeds
my team is Treeko and Froakie which i am aware is not optimized at all but
i got dragonbreath and lick?
well that was relatively painless

And then there was silenceJust got the game yesterday, already blasting through chapter 10.
Really liking the game so far. Has a nice mix of atmosphere and comedy in it
The ghost are is my favorite so far, made even more funny since my partner is a riolu and near useless around ghosts types anyway XD
Suddenly, Victini as a party member out of nowhere!
It's been 3000 years…Okay, just need a semi-spoiler question answered, since I haven't quite heard one way or the other, but...
Does Super Mystery Dungeon still have an extensive post-game story like Explorers of Sky?
"If you're out here why do I miss you so much?"It has some post-game, but only to tie up loose ends. No where near the extent that Sky had.
However, there is still a lot that you can do, it just isn't story based.
"There's not a girl alive who wouldn't be happy being called cute." ~Tamamo-no-MaeAww, I was hoping to have some cute story stuff happen with a Lucario and Braixen. Oh well.
"If you're out here why do I miss you so much?"
Beat Mewtwo
Not through high-level pokemon with strategical items though.
No
Through Sableye and Spiritomb at level 30ish spamming curse and oran berries
