It's alright, but it's a little busy. What about this◊?
Maybe rotate #2? Does orientation matter if an image is of something in space (as far as use on the wiki)?
A cropped version of "The Well of Stars" cover would probably work pretty well: I can't find the name of the artist anywhere, unfortunately, so I can't find a version without the novel's title.
It clearly shows the scale of the ship against a cloud covered planet, it's pretty obvious that it's an artificial construct, and it's also a pretty high-quality piece of art.

“In the universe, there is just the one ultimate law: Life always devises some ultimate means to put an end to life” - Sister AliceGrr. I really want to find a good picture of a fusion candle to suggest for this, but Schlock Mercenary gives us only a really tiny picture and it's the best I can find. >:[
I did, however, find that this◊ image◊ keeps coming up in my searches. I think it's prettier than Taa II. (Yes, that does appear to be a starship that is made of an entire solar system.)

An Eldar Craftworld◊ from Warhammer 40,000...too vague?
The Eldar thingy is pretty, but since the planets are in the background you can't really see how big it is.
Out of those, I support the Magog worldship.
I think most of them are a bit vague about what they really are. OP is the only clear one, even if the scale seems confused on a few points.
Check out my fanfiction!yeah, you see the Human Torch in pretty good detail in the picture. That just means he's in the foreground of the picture, and Taa II is still millions of miles away from him.
Would a pic of the second Death Star next to Endor be sufficient?
The #2 Death Star looks pretty small on all what I have seen. Not bigger than a Shuttle.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanDefinitely recommend Death Star. It embodies this trope, and there can be no doubt about what it is. It is not vague at all.
Say to the others who did not follow through You're still our brothers, and we will fight for youIt could be mistaken for Mimas. :P
Happen to have a good comparison shot? I'm pretty sure that I recall even the second Death Star being fairly small in comparison to Endor... which is itself only a moon.
The Revolution Will Not Be TropeableI dunno. The Death Star isn't really planet sized. It's more like a small moon.
I have a message from another time...Very small moons. The first death star was 160km diameter, The second, 900 km.
For reference, the moon's diameter is about 3,474 km.
Really, they are more the size of a big asteroid.

Well, Phobos and Deimos aren't that large, and they're moons (on the order of a tenth the size of the first Death Star). Very, very small moons, but moons. And our moon is the fifth largest in our solar system, and the second Death Star would rank 17th.
Point is, the Death Star is large enough to qualify.
Check out my fanfiction!Big enough to qualify as an example is not big enough to make a good page image.
The Revolution Will Not Be TropeableWell, the size of it doesn't matter if there aren't images of it. And Endor is probably Earth-sized.
Check out my fanfiction! Can you find a picture with both their mothership and Earth in it?
GIS didn't turn up anything.
I dunno how well it would convert to wiki size, but there's this◊.
Works for me.
Check out my fanfiction! Here's a couple of takes. For either, I was thinking "No wonder Jerjerrod couldn't get the damn thing built on schedule." as the caption.
