The reason you post "Tag" BEFORE you review is so you know WHO you are reviewing. If you do not post a tag, it is possible for someone else to sneak in before you and then when you post you are tagging someone else. It is understandable when it takes you a while before you can review. Some chapters are long, and you do not always have time to fully read and review. Just don't tag again until you HAVE read and reviewed and this will work just fine ;)
Also, PLEASE REMEMBER TO POST YOUR WORKS. Even if you have tagged before, include a link please. In your signature is fine as long as you have something like "link in sig."
