Look at the gun in the pic. What she's doing is textbook unsafe behavior, but the slide on the gun is racked back, meaning that the gun is probably shot dry and therefore won't fire.
That just means that it's not a bad idea. A strike against the other captions as well.

The leader's got enough of a consensus that we can roll with it. It's up and the tag is adjusted. I made the caption really small so it would fit on one line and replicate the standard "fine print" you see in TV ads.
