That was a Disney-verse Kano. In the film, he isn't even credited by that name!

Yes, the Warner Brothers properties credited were Root Beer Tapper, RoadBlasters, and Paperboy.

Oh okay. They were able to name those by their actual names. I think it's because Mortal Kombat is the least Disney title they cameoed in the film and Disney probably didn't want them to be directly associated with them.

There's also "Zombie", who's often noted to look just like Cyril from House of the Dead, but Disney doesn't seem to have ever admitted it; I believe he was listed among the "original" characters in the art book.

There's also a blue elf like character who seems to be based off of Sega's Phantasy Star series. Lets try to get back on the subject of this and leave Wreck it ralph for its topic.
