Poor Image: Merchandise Driven

While it does illustrate the trope, the toy and character aren't the same (One is Bayformer Optimus, the other is G1 Optimus). Hell, they are from different parts of the franchise.

Thinking it can be improved with this, which has the advantage of being the same version of the character:

I think that's an improvement. I'd say it's pretty much a quality upgrade, though people may disagree on that.

However, can we remove the needless double pothole in the caption? One link per word is enough.

The suggestion is good, but I wonder if they should be flipped and an arrow inserted between them (might not be feasible since it's at 350 already).

They could just be made very slightly smaller :) But I don't think an arrow would add any information.

Don't think the arrow is needed. Didn't really want to make it smaller either because one can barely even see Optimus' head already. Plus the arrow would be kinda sorta misleading for reason too complex to exposit upon.

I think the new image looks good. I'm in favor of using it. The Cheat Commandos one could also work.

I've made the swap. Do we want to keep the old caption? I've no issues with it except for the split pothole in "cost", which needs to be to one of those two...prefer Crack is Cheaper or another trope altogether.

If we link it to Crack is Cheaper the pun is obvious, and doesn't need to be reinforced with a pothole lamer than the pun.

Good enough. I've made that tweak to the caption; locking up.
