Hello,
The external link arrow icon doesn't have an Alt Text, and it doesn't show up in my workplace because their proxy blocks static.tvtropes.org. As a consequence, these links appear internal at first glance (#00008B and midnightblue/#101070 aren't as obviously different as, say, links on Wikipedia).
Could we please have an alt text for this icon, even a simple U+2197 (North East Arrow ↗) character?
By the way: There is no such problem with the image link diamond since it's actually a diamond character, not an image.
