It's a big improvment? Because image quality-wise, it's a huge step down. (Not that the first one was great, either...)

Moon◊My thoughts? Ditch the first panel.
"Polite life will fill you full of cancer." - Iggy Pop "I've seen the future, brother, it is murder." -Leonard CohenI think the only advantage the second one offers is colour. In every other respect it's equal or worse.
The Revolution Will Not Be TropeableOut of all those, the two framed B/W frames are the best.
Yes.

That works for me. Here is the source for the old image...if it's not linked in the example list, we can add it in later. As is, I prefer the size of the B/W strip's panels to the color one.

The black and white one has the advantage of having less text, and having that text be bigger and simpler. That allows the reader to get the emotion of the scene quickly without having to making out lots of small text. Also, the original image had the color out of whack and a lot of noise.
Still, given that this version of the color strip is better than the original, would anyone prefer selecting a few panels from the color strip to having two panels from the b/w strip?

Of the panels we can choose from the coloured one, I think it either is too much text-reliant and too little emotion, or he's fighting with the imaginary bubble monster.
Check out my fanfiction!Agreed.
Do we have a consensus on the two panel cut of the black and white strip? No point in leaving this thread open longer than it has to be.
I support that.
Yeah, we're pretty much done here. The pic's up and tagged. Locking up.
The pic on Hates Baths was changed without a thread recently. The new pic is actually a big improvement over the old, but I think we can do without either the first or second panels. Thoughts?
