Nexus Mod Manger is dead long live Nexus Mod Manger.
I liked the Nexus Mod Manager. For I am not smart and it made things easy.
Oh really when?See my edited post, that's exactly why I hated it.
It made it so people never learned how to install mods which were easy any way....
Just copy the mods contents out of the zip and into the data folder....
Done.
It was still nice though, I like things being simple and easy.
Oh really when?Yeah, if this new mod manager is anything like FOMM then I'm fucked. I always managed to screw up installing mods with that thing while Nexus Mod Manager always worked for me. I hope they don't fuck things up.
"Love, love will tear us apart, again."How could you posibly fuck up FOMM.
The esp goes in the data folder, it's that simple.
I barely know what those are, to be entirely honest.
Oh really when?See the problem is when I'm playing games, I play them to have fun, not work. Making learning how to properly install mods or get them working is not fun, you've given me a chore. Its why I liked NMM, it worked for me the majority of the time while being simple.
"Love, love will tear us apart, again."It's not a chore.
You open the data folder, just make a shortcut to it on your desktop.
You open the mods zip file.
You drag the contents of the zip file into the datafolder.
Your done, your mod is installed correctly and working.
It's really that simple, and this is why I hate nexus Mod manager because it has convinced people it's complex to do it manualy, when in reality NMM is the complex one
I think aside from FOMM on occasion, I'd say 90% of my mods I installed were done manually.
Pressing two buttons on NMM is somehow more complex?
Look, yeah, its simple. But I do find often times there are some mods that don't want to be installed manually. I don't know why, but they just fight me. That's why they get gunky and I hate messing around with data files. And I'm actually a tech literate person.
NMM at least tells me when things are fighting each other and allows me to easily disable certain things to try and get mods to play nice. Particularly when you have a great ton of mods all going at once.
PSN sale on Bethesda games. It includes all of Fallout 4's DLC. The season pass for example is 34.00.
Dollars?
Of course.
Not sure it's worth it given that I've already spent money on DLC. Meh. I think I'm over FO4. Got other stuff coming up that I'm more interested in playing.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Frick knows what it would be in British Pounds thanks to Cameron, Farage and Johnson. Still, not got PS 4 so it doesn't apply to me but others aren't so lucky.
A Guinea.
Possibly also three cows, a farthing from behind the sofa and assorted cotton bales.
Dear lord we're all going to ruddy starve in the streets. At least I have F4 already. None of the DLC. I need to actually FINISH the sodding game though.
I've actually given up on that ambition for now - I'm neck deep in Skyrim at the moment, and it's just so much more enjoyable. Especially since I have mastered Enchanting and Smithing to the point that the stat increases I can put on stuff are pushing five figures.
That means the only limit to the stuff that I can carry out of dungeons and caves is the level of gold carried in turn by the shopkeepers.
Fallout 4 don't let me do that to anywhere near the same extent.

Nuka-World could have given us Quantum Deathclaws, but they were Dummied Out
Wha?
I mean
Those look lovely - why the hell would you do all the work to model them, build their skellingtons, animate those, add textures and meshes and NOT put them in the game?
It makes no sense - ok, the files are in the game, and modders will make sure that the work won't go to waste, but they should have been included in the playable content in the first place.
So we are getting excited about a blue glowing death claw now?

Who watches the watchmen? Is there anything else to get excited for?
PS 4 mods are still not here and the game is kinda tapped out.
Oh really when?People have claimed to have encountered Quantum Deathclaws though.

What's happening exactly?
