The preview specifically stated Black Widow when the previewer was playing as a guy, and the perk description was "You're charming... and dangerous. Women suffer +5% damage in combat, and are easier to persuade in dialogue." So unless Bethesda changes it, we're likely stuck with Cherchez and Confirmed Bachelor being gated behind Black Widow and Lady Killer.

Well, shit. Its too late at this point in the game. Development is more than likely shut down for final production (aka making the physical disks)

Mods for sure. Although I'm wondering if relationships will be gated by those perks or if you'll just be a shitty flirt without them.

Pete Hines said that they're planning on letting us know about the requirements about a month from release, and to bug him on the 10th of October if we haven't gotten said requirements yet. So... spam the shit out of his Twitter this Saturday if they haven't shown us the requirements yet, I say.

Were they ever gated before? With my builds those were always the earliest perks I took simply because nothing else appealed to me.

I should be alright, don't think the thing will be much more hardware needy then Arkham City which my comp runs fine (Newest game I can think of that I've played on my comp.)

I think, so far, I have only one mod request: someone get the damn Bozar into Fallout 4.

There will be mods everywhere. If those mods don't work, there will be mods to let you use those mods. There will also be pointless-as-hell-hair mods that you need to install so that you can use the skin mods you do care about for your Companions. Oddly, there will be no mods that let you use the skin mods. You must get the pointless-as-hell-hair mods first.

Hair mods are not pointless. They make you look nice.

Most hair mods look terrible. They clash with the rest of the game, they're usually way too shiny, or they clip through everything.

How long after release before Bethesda plans to release the mod tools?

Forgot the rough estimate but knowing the mod community lack of official mod tools is no barrier.

"early next year" was all we got. So probably sometime early January like with skyrim. There were a ton of mods out before then, including some of the biggies. Skyui came out before the mod tools, for example.

Has anything about Three Dog been said yet? I thought he made a big deal about coming back this time but so far AFAIK there's been NOTHING about him or related to him shown so far.
