Yes they will be available online. But I can assure that, of the three websites provided in the news article I linked, only one is working properly.

British time. Greenwich Time, to be more precise). I think that's the one most likely, considering it's in London.

9:30 AM in GMT is 5:30 AM in EST.

So...I'm gonna wake up at five o'clock to get Kate Bush tickets now. I'm fine with this, but I don't think that my mother will be.

Hold on. If you use the the current UTC, you'll have to get the tickets at 4:30 AM. Here's where you can make the calculation.
