I don't have much of a grasp on how obscure music is, but using the metric of 'how hard are they to find on You Tube', I can pretty definitively say The Coats. They have no videos that are not concert recordings.

The fact that I found a live video of Steaming Coils performing "Proposed Pink City" still kind of amazes me. Sure, Brad Laner is a bit of a cult figure in some circles, but that band is easily one of his least well-known endeavours.

I don't really think anything I listen to is all that obscure, but Mountain Mocha Kilimanjaro is probably higher up on the list.
Throw in Solas and some other Celtic groups I guess.
