That's actively misleading — a stereotypically attractive woman with nerdy accessories slapped on top. Although the description says the nerd in question can be attractive or unattractive appearance-wise, it doesn't show others being attracted to her because of intelligence.
Glancing over the example list, the third panel of this Loserz page might work, but is very text-dependent. I like the Sandra and Woo example, but I don't know how clear just the third panel is without context:
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.Current:

I support a swap for the visible one in #2. Or at the very least a pull, since it's misleading.
Check out my fanfiction!I like #2.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.I support the swap for Sandra And Woo.
The trope appears to be about how attractive intelligence is. I think his tutoring getting him a kiss clearly shows that he's a sexy nerd. The swap would be a big improvement because the current face is bad and it's caption is worse. Please pull. Also, the quote seems to be trying to match the picture. It doesn't look relevant to me.
Edit: I haven't actually read the comic but I think it's clear without context.

That's good enough. The new pic's up, potholed, and tagged. Caption?
I tend to agree; if there's not a good suggestion by tomorrow morning, I'll probably go ahead and close this up.

I don't think it needs one, as the text in the panel is enough.
Check out my fanfiction! What about the quote? I think it's misleading. Could we please cut it?
Yes.
Check out my fanfiction!Agreed, and it's gone.
Locking up.
This is supposed to be about a character finding a nerdy character attractive. So the current image, which is just a picture of a cute nerdy girl, does not represent this trope at all.
