This is the sixth time in the last 2 years that this thread has been made. Each time, there has been no suggestion of a better picture. Additionally, the page has a commented out tag stating

All I see in this picture is someone looking somewhat smug or maybe just happy, this picture tells me nothing of the trope if I haven't seen the show he's from.
I suggest no image is better than a bad image.
