Not very good at all. I have a great example in mind but the dialogue would make it NSFW.
Agreed. Too much text, not enough image. Pull.
It still is an image. Not pull.
Check out my fanfiction!Keep Until Better Image Suggested. It's not bad enough to warrant a pull without a replacement.
Please keep in mind the discussion in this thread, and the criteria that was agreed on concerning pull-without-replacement.

...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.Clock is set.
Another Keep Until Better Image Suggested, for what it's worth. I doubt we'll be able to get a text-free image at all, and the graphics here do add something.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.I'm thinking about going ahead and making the suggestion I was thinking about earlier, but I need to discuss it with the rest of the staff and I actually have to build it if it gets a thumbs-up.
Can't you just ask them to come here?
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanFrom your description, I'd say it could be effective enough to make the dialogue passable. Let's have a link to the strip in question. That will be easier than making the composite.
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.Looking at it, it may not work as well as I thought just from a resizing panels vs. speech balloons angle, content aside.
If you put the speech bubble from the second to last panel in the last one, it would work pretty well.
Eh, let's just leave the current for now. The clock's up; locking up.
